"Typical co-op, as I have experienced them, but I have come to like it. Staff warms up and they have a decent selection. It can be VERY BUSY though. They do offer online ordering which I think is pretty cool. I haven’t tried that yet. They are also in the process of expanding and I’m excited to see what that means. Some complaints: I have never been told that before that a membership can’t be shared in a household. But I was here and they’re VERY STRICT about it. Not sure if there ARE bathrooms now but they probably need better and more frequent maintenance once they do, considering how busy it can be. The prepared foods section is a total no-go for me. I am GF, vegan, avoid soy, corn, canola and vinegar (among others . But I wouldn’t be able to purchase much anyway regardless of my diet because the prices are RIDICULOUS. (Check out the cute soup and sandwich place across the street for a quick lunch!! With the lines at the co-op you will probably get your food faster there too!! I can’t complain about grocery selection much; there are a few items missing but overall very little. It CAN be a better option to visit a farmer’s market or a farm stand when available for produce. I guess that’s pretty much guaranteed anywhere. I actually have found this co-op to be fairly reasonably priced, all things considered. But I think your staff could be better informed about stock: I have been told more than once that a brand is discontinuing its product or something is universally unavailable when really the store is just slow to stock it again or choosing not to."
