We can only tell you the bookkeeping process: • The voucher was ordered by us on 06.06.2016 as a mail order and sent to you (you got it) • We can see that the voucher was redeemed with the number you mentioned on 14.01.2018. What we cannot tell you, unfortunately, how this has happened. It is excluded that a voucher is printed twice by our system with the same number. This is not possible systemically. Also no copy is made by the purchased vouchers. And even if, at our reception, no copies of a voucher would be accepted. I can understand your misfortune, because you seem to have not redeemed the voucher yourself. Why, why the voucher was redeemed, unfortunately, is also deprived of our imagination.
