"Hi. I put ZERO TO STAFF SERVICE TO L 'Osteria BOCHUM Very Very Bad experience dining in at Lunch time yesterday 21 June. Waited with my 2 small kids for food for 45 min but WITHOUT ANY KIND OF explanation or apologies. Even one single drink was lying on their Bar for more than 30 min and I had to ask her to go and bring it.I had to ask where is our food ????....my Daughter had to go to McDonald 's to eat and return. Very bad staff because ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER. When I complained and told the staff that last time will come back...he told me EGAL or WHATEVER as you like!!!!!!!!?????. Is there a Management or what? Even when we arrive Staff were walking around us and Nobody seated us unless we called them. THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED BY AMERICAN RESTAURANTS MANAGERS HOW SERVICE SHOULD BE AND HOW TO CALM CUSTOMER AND COMMUNCATE NICELY. If they canot hire Professional Manager or Good Staff then they closed not humiliate customers."

"pizzeria amore is a pizza restaurant that has been located on the same place for over 25 years. the owners convince with an excellent pizza quality (attacks, taste, production) that can make a addictive. on request, the pizza is refined with oregano and/or garlic oil. besides the great pizza offer there are other original Italian specialties like pasta. on which it comes mainly in a pizzeria, is set to a maximum. the owner understands this business without doubt very well and lets his guests wait reasonably long. there is also the possibility to add the restaurant to eat at the place. the environment is rather sufficient, because it has not been modernized for a long time and there is also an extremely unfavorable light installation. also the operation is quite sufficient and is limited to the order and portion of speis and is drunk with as little word application as possible. Conclusion: my absolute favourite pizzeria is made exactly in this pizzeria; only therefore I will pick up/order my pizza in the future there. the price/performance ratio is very good. if they don't put too much value on the environment and comfort, this is a more pleasant occasion."

Moreover the service got worse as well, long waiting times (10+ minutes to place the order and get the pass to the buffet, sometimes 20+ minutes to get the bill) and unfriendly. Also tried the bread less burger there, was so so. Their burgers in general are overpriced. 12 EUR for a lunch with a drink you can do better in Bochum."
