"If this site had 10 Starts Glynn's would earn it. I've been coming to Glynn for over forty years. One thing I love is consistency. They were the source of the best Brat-Rind-Poboys I could find anywhere in Louisiana, but the United States. I live now from the state, and the first thing I do when I come to Bogalusa is to eat at Glynn. I just hope that the fine people of this city realize how happy they are to have this jewel right on their backyard. I can't say enough about this place and their fried cowboys. "On the morning shift of March 14, 2021, I called Roger while dining for breakfast (we were out of town). I was impressed to see how, just half an hour later, the young staff made me proud with their enthusiasm for their work. Roger was diligently cleaning tables and helping out behind the counter without needing any reminders. "A lot of people don't know about this place. It's located by the Technical College in Bogalusa LA on Sullivan Drive behind the school. My first time visiting today. OPEN 11-2pm. They have a country kitchen food buffet style. Salad selection with a lot of toppings and dressings. Potato salad was very good. Several side items. Corn on the cob, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, mash potatoes and gravy, red beans n rice, corn bread, baked chicken n with BBQ sauce. Pork bbq ribs(succulent soft), BBQ pork chops, baked chicken, awesome fried chicken. Open space with AC. Very nice people and staff. Clean environment."

"Best pasta around. Comparable to some of the big star places on the Northshore. I tried the Chicken Shrimp Dela Casa at the recommendation of the waitress, my wife tried the Chicken Fradiavola. Pasta was fresh and most flavorful. Plenty to eat and take some home to enjoy again later. Rolls were very fine. Exception was the side salad did not measure up to the pasta. Prices and service was excellent. Definitely going back."
