"We came here for the first time today and ordered the French Dip. It comes with a roast beef sandwich on a French roll, chips, and a soda or small coffee. It took forever to wait to order and get our sandwich since there was only one employee there. She was friendly until we asked for our soda, arguing with us that the soda was not included. Hey lady, people can read so if you didn't want to give them a soda then don't post on the sign that it's included! She gave in and gave a soda without a word and turned around to go back to what she was doing. We were so disgusted with her behavior that we walked out without our chips!! Wow, if she fought us that much for a can of root beer then who knows how freaked out she'll be if we asked for the chips. Both of which were included with the meal!! A word of advise, don't come here, or at least don't order the French Dip if you are here. Whatever you order, know what you should be getting and be ready to argue to get what you paid for. To the employee working there that day, you know who you are, and you should have at least acknowledged that you were wrong. Hey, black and white writing on the board do not lie, especially when the next customer read the same thing we did. You are nice but you should be retrained in providing good customer service."
