"It was 8 of us with one in a wheelchair and they put us in the middle of the room where everyone had a hard time getting around us. We ask if they had an area for a group they told us no. Also, it was a tight place and the ranch was old. Also, the waitress barely came to see if we need anything."

"Rather disappointed in our lunch. Not only was it expensive but I had pieces of wilted lettuce. They forgot my chicken but I didn't complain because my mom's chicken was still frozen. It was awful. The orange scone was delightful! My mom has the reward/ points card but they wouldn't accept it. I'm hoping that this location was just having a bad day."

"I gave this location a second chance but I won’t give it a third chance. Went to dinner on a Tuesday evening with 3 out of town guests. Food took an awful long time to arrive at our table. When it did my salad didn’t have egg and no croutons. They ran out of croutons. The salad had 2 heads of iceberg lettuce. Not appealing. Another at our table had the chef salad and didn’t get any meat. The waitress told him to share his croutons with me. His salad also had 2 heads of iceberg lettuce. Another at our table had chicken fried chicken and the gravy was like wallpaper paste. Asked for biscuits and corn muffins and didn’t get corn muffins. When the waitress finally asked how everything was and we told her, no apology, no nothing. I think she is in the wrong line of work. When she gave us the bill no thank you, no have a good night, no nothing. Checking out the hostess did take the drinks off the bill so she tried but won’t be back."

"This buffet is very nice. The place is western themed, yet far from dusty. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Now as far as food is concerned, you can get breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30. Monday throughThursday you can enjoy lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 8:30, and until 9 p.m. on Fridays. They give a senior discount for 60 and older.They have so many choices! The food is tasty! The chili is awesome! They offer a lot of salad fixings, soups, pizza, at least three entrees, a separate chef bar, sides, and last but not least, a great dessert bar. The desserts include cobbler, pies, cakes, cookies, ice cream, and a couple of toppings. On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month, the Kankakee Vintage Squadron Club, hosts a Veteran's Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. for a $7.00 donation. A great place to eat that's reasonable and satisfying!"

"I walked over from Phillips RV excited to have breakfast. Grossly, Disgusting back door wide open, it's filthy from the view of the parking lot. Went inside, Stunk of grease bad, Flies everywhere! Where's the health department in Bourbonnais? I have been in a lot of ihops and this one is far worse than any of them and it's no wonder they had no guests in there! They can blame it on covid all they want, They need to clean up this nasty restaurant! I mean nasty! I ordered a cup of coffee Then told young server I couldn't stay there due to smell of grease and she was extremely rude! Walked out saying I'm sorry I can't eat here this is nasty! Someone needs to get corporate in this store to check out how filthy it is before you get somebody sick! Be warned I would never go here ever"

"It's pretty good for Taco bell standards. The staff is very nice and fast. I feel they jump on meat in the 5 layer Burrito because I only taste beans. But beyond that, great service and good food for Taco Bell standards. Very clean and modern. I was at some terrible Taco Bell places, but this is really good. Only not so much meat in only the 5 layers Burrito and crispy packaging is my only criticism. Besides, it's really great!"

"Rolling through from out of town and we LOVE JMs. Wife ordered on my app while I was driving in plenty of time to roll in and grab from the pickup order rack and get back on road. Walked in 2 mins before proposed pickup time. Nothing on rack. Waiting a solid 5 mins past pickup time without seeing any activity toward rack. Finally noticed someone walk in and up to counter any grab order so I did the same. Opened by this time lukewarm sandwich. Wasn’t cut in 1/2 as request in order from app. Took it back up to ask ee to cut in 1/2. Said they would give me a knife and I declined. Sando was delicious. No note on pickup rack alerting customers not from around here to pick up at counter and not cut in half as requestedbush league. Do better."

"We were in a party of six.waited over an hour to be seated. The waitress took our orders, brought out salad etc...then we waited an hour and 40 mins for the food to be brought to the table. "Oh, I've been to this restaurant multiple times and I've had pretty good experiences. This time led me to leave a review, which if it was my first experience it would be a lot lower in stars. We ordered the unlimited soup and salad and I ordered the herb grilled salmon. About 20 minutes go by and The waitress comes by and I ask about the salmon and she asked what salmon We ended up just paying for the soup and left."

"Went in to get dinner for the family. The cashier said rib tips were gone but said that in 45 minutes they would have more. I said ok, ordered my food for the family, told them I'd be back in a hour to get the rib tips. They said ok. I come back, there's a new crew on now, told the young lady that I was here earlier and was told to come back and get the rib tips. She tells me that there aren't anymore, so I'm like WOW, I came back to be told this. I seen the cook that was there when I was there earlier, he told me to hold on, he had 2 rib tips left in the back. I said ok, cool. So after he gets the 2 out the back, he makes 3 orders with them, then tells me that he only has a half a pound left. I'm like REALLY BRO, you gonna do me like that??? I was never offered anything else in place of the rib tips. It was like, oh well, take it or leave it."
