"I'm a regular at this cafe and let me just say this.. Ever since Chris left the place has gone downhill. They have this new manager Nicole who doesn't know what she's doing. She just walks around aimlessly not speaking to anybody she comes across. The only reason I still made my way to this cafe was for Chris a couple of the employees I believe their names are Annex and Tatiana. They are great they knew my order right when I arrived! They have excellent service and communication skills. After finding out that these 2 young ladies wouldn't be working there anymore quite honestly ticked me off. The treatment that these 2 ladies endured under the management of Nicole is ridiculous and quite embarrassing as a company to even allow this to happen. Not only is Nicole an on going issue at this cafe. Their is also a young man named Lovens who is very unprofessional to say the least. The way he talks to customers is un heard of. I have witnessed some unfortunate behavior from this gentleman as well. He is very aggressive and hands on when it comes to the female employees at this job. He has punched them in the arm multiple times, In the stomach even went as far as pushing them into various objects at the cafe. I tried to approach him about the situation and he just laughed it off and walked away. I don't know what's going at this establishment but it needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY!"

"I can't make the difference a year. It was a disgusting experience in food. Having slipped from a TOP sushi restaurant to a joke is a sad thing. First the menu was wrong: for the appetizers, it said the sashimi had three pieces of everything you ordered. So we ordered the Ikura parentheses (salmon roe) we were told would be served on gurke. After we had this in several other places, we introduced ourselves a small cucumber sushi with Ikura. Instead they gave us a doll of Ikura and a 3 inch square leaf cucumber and that was that. When we asked why, they said that the ikura and the crab were the only ones that came only one piece. It used to be three, but now it's one. But of course it wasn't on the menu and nobody would? ve knew it. So we sent this back. The next course was the salmon skin handrolls we waited for and waited for, even though we had told our server that it should bring it out first. Needless to say, it came late with the rest of the food. When it came, the Nori was soft and soggy, the salmon skin was not crispy and it dripping in the sauce, much too much of it when we had ever experienced from Sushi Bang or elsewhere. Even though disappointed, we ate it anyway, the rice fell apart in the sauce. Then came the main dish, that was always my favorite in this restaurant and it is great. My sister and I wanted to share it. It was the Volcano Roll I had many, many times before. Here comes a crowning glory: the rice was soggy and never hang together, often muddy, you could not pick it up it was in the same sauce the same sauce as before! In this dish the fish is supposed to be hot with a little Mayo, but that was cold and soggy, inconspicuous and not the same dish. Then there should have been white fish there, but there was no white fish: possibly because we had asked to remove the imitation cancers. So it was all in everything, thoroughly disappointing. The rice had no taste except it was mildly sour, it didn't even taste like real sushi rice it?s more like you? Eat salmon and rice and sauce with a kind of soggy salmon. If not for the sweet Ael sauce, it would have been tasteless. And then, to all that they arranged the wrong bill and charged me four times what was my bill. The manager finally came around and apologized for it and said that he didn't charge us for dinner at all, which was polite, but my point is, we didn't want a free meal that we wanted ENJOY our meal. This place looks like it slips down and they should not take their old dishes for granted. In a previous review a few years ago, I gave Sushi Bang five stars now there are two for serving staff. Although one of them accused us of the wrong amount. Oh boy, what a disappointing meal! (hidden link)"
