"someone else checked us and forgot the reservation. table of 8! it was not busy at all, more empty tables then full, maybe 6 other tables at this time we had craig than our server. we sat and waited 15 minutes to get him over even for drinks, where he had forgotten a papst twice. we ordered apps to start and they were brought out with our food. 8 people, not a very large table for all plates. you could say that everything was for a while, as our spin-dip was cold, the calamari was squishy and our dill-picks were easy to bite. our main dishes 4 people fries were cold and over cooked, my small children's meal was instantly frissable, so it was cold, two of the packings ordered the chicken was cold. he grounded a double house and koss and it was only one but accused for a double. with everything that was messed up, we were never talked about a manager or had done something to make sure. he never mentioned the playing cards with the meals, so we had to do separate transactions. while he had caught two of these cards, he got a part of the order to pay what was $70. If I wasn't that good person, I would have just kicked out. but I said something and paid. that was for our sonny birthday we told the person to sit and nothing was done for that. we were very annoyed as we drove 45 minutes and others drive an hour to go specifically to this restaurant. we will not be back because this service, or it is missing."
