"Ordered a plain jr cheeseburger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the doublecheeseburger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if that was correct and was told, that was adouble cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they don't look at least similar tothe picture , she said , that's how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that's the best they can do on aempty restaurant and a big order like mine? Do they show how customer service works any more/ or are you just hiring family andfriends to do a job they might not be qualified to do? NEED A REGIONAL MANAGER TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND FIX IT."
