"Never thought I 'd be writing a negative review of Sawatdy, but here we are. Ordered our usual after a long day, excited to eat it when I go home, but there was no spice. I always get northern noodle 3 stars. This time, there was no stars. I called to let them know, since I 've been a customer for over 20 years and this has never happened. The owner said that I was mistaken that there was spice, but I probably didn 't notice it, and refused to refund the dish or offer any alternative bc she didn 't want to lose money . So here I am, with a dish that doesn 't even really taste good without its spice, that I paid for, and isn 't what I ordered. I 've ordered this dish 50+ times, I know what it 's supposed to taste like. Pretty bummed about the whole thing. Also sad that now we won 't be going back ever again bc the whole interaction was so off putting."
