"We stopped here while traveling on the way back home. Liked the idea of a small town diner and that's what we got. It reminded me of the old Ranch House restaurants back in the day. There was a young girl who seated us and got our drinks. Our server was Kim. She was very pleasant and funny. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to eat and she gave me as much time as I wanted. When it was time to order, she came over and sat down beside me, which I think is awesome. I ordered the open face turkey sandwich, hubby had the burger and my son had the pulled pork sandwich. Now, they were all good, but the turkey was cubed, the pulled pork was actually sliced, but again, they were good. Another table got the peach cobbler with cinnamon brown sugar ice cream. It looked really good. Kim brought me a sample of the ice cream and it was great, I just didn't have room for the cobbler. I'd say this is a good place if you're not into fancy, and just wanting a decent meal at a decent price."
