"Do NOT go here!!!! I wish I could leave a review of 0 stars because that is what this business deserves!! I ordered food for my partner and I the other day, and we live a little bit farther away than most places will deliver to. That said, I called, gave them my address, and asked if they would deliver that distance. I insisted that they plug my address into their GPS or whatever they use, to determine the feasibility of my request. So they did that, and the person who answered the phone assured me that they would deliver as long as I spent at least $30.00.I thought that was a reasonable request, given the distance between their restaurant and my home, and so I went ahead and placed an order and was told the food would arrive in an hour. After an hour and a half passed, I received a phone call from the restaurant, whereby I was asked in 15 different ways how to get to my house. Every time I tried to explain, the person cut me off and asked again. Eventually, they hung up on me, and when i called back, they didn't answer. Another half hour went by. They called me again, and all I could hear on the other end of the line was continuous yelling among people, at each other, for a good 3 minutes. I asked when they would be at our house, and the person on the phone told me to, Hang on Again, I was on hold listening to people scream at one another for another few minutes. I hung up and was very upset by all of this. Not only were we not receiving our food, but this terrible lack of professionalism, when on the phone with a customer who just paid over $50.00 worth of food, was appalling.Eventually, we received another phone call, and at this point we have been waiting for over 2 hours for our food. The person said they cannot deliver to us. Following that, was another 3-4 minutes of continuous screaming over the phone. I asked for a refund, and the person could not stop yelling long enough to get my card number the first time. I had to repeat my card number to her four times, and I have still not been reimbursed for the money I spent on food we never received. This was shameful behavior on their part, and I will not do business with them again. I highly encourage you all to NOT waste your time."
