"I had the “Don’t Think. Just Eat” and it was quite an experience. The Edamame definitely whet the appetite, as did the Tuna Sashimi with ponzu and chives. All was flavorful, but the most outstanding were Toro, Kampachi (very sweet, mild flavor), pink lobster, Sea Bream with shiso (lovely mint), but also the lobster hand roll (truly a warming delight) followed by the savory eel. I paired mine with Nigori unfiltered Sake which was a star compliment. Final note, I did order an Uni and was really surprised how mild and sweet a flavor that was. Certainly better than I’ve had elsewhere. I’m celiac, and brought my own Tamari. If you don’t like sushi, or are expecting tempura, don’t come. This is artful dining and superb."
