"I have given many businesses 5 stars in the past, and they truly deserved it. But recently, I visited a dining restaurant that I believe deserves 10 stars - Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew. Even though I didn't eat in, the service was outstanding. The staff knew their roles and were very welcoming. I placed a carry-out order for two Scorpion Burgers, a large order of onion rings, and two orders of French fries. The employee who took my order informed me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I had the freedom to wait anywhere in the spacious restaurant, which had booths and a bar. I was amazed by the efficiency of the staff as they guided me through the process. I decided to wait near the front entrance and admire the beautiful decor. When my order was ready, the escort brought it to me. I left feeling satisfied with my experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew in Carlisle, PA."
