"My wife and I love this place, we even came here on our wedding day to have pictures taken. This is hands down the best coffee shop we’ve ever been to. I recommend the black berry mocha, and a jalapeño bagel with their house made rosemary cream cheese.Location is great, and the atmosphere is Awesome."

Our waitress looked like ske grabbed a French fry off someone's plate then saw a few cooks eating in the kitchen and some lady came in the kitchen and started hugging several of the staff members. "Our reservations were set for 7:30 on a Saturday we arrived on time and was seated immediately.I ordered the Surf And Turf my hubs ordered the Steak and 2 sides.About 10 minutes after placing our orders the waiter came back to our table to tell me they ran out of the hanger steak which that's the steak that comes with their surf and turf my response was so you're telling me I can only get the surf and not the turf,he then proceeds to tell me well you can get the other steak that comes with the Steak and 2 sides for a 10 dollar upcharge.I could not believe what I just heard you all ran out of an menu item that's part of a meal but I would have to pay more in order to get the meal I ordered.I was not a happy camper after that.The waiter comes back to our table 10 minutes later and says oh we have 1 more hanger steak that's on the grill so now you don't have to pay the upcharge,I was over it at this time my husband asked how this 1 steak all of sudden appeared the explanation was the lady seated behind me ordered 2 steaks and we have 1 left made no sense whatsoever.Our food arrived to our table at 8:30 way to long considering reservations were set for 7:30.The food was good my service not so good."

"found this place and after reading the reviews on urban spoon stopped! definitely glad that we did it! we had a party of 8, the 6 teens, most of them quite picky. there was something for everyone and everyone really enjoyed their meal! we had a little over everything and it was all great! definitely the pommes, they were wonderful!"

"My aunt, my mom, and I just left the most exquisite experience in The Cellar. The most divine food- words cannot describe the spiritual experience created by the masterpieces placed on plates before us. The service was impeccable, the cocktails were perfectly crafted, the food was beyond comprehension- a transcendental experience of bliss and love. This beautiful atmosphere was comforting, warm, exciting, and I am eagerly awaiting my next visit. The Cellar is the best part of Cartersville that I have seen. Truly grateful. I even got to hug a chef in appreciation and my heart is so full after this experience, thank you all!!!"

"I was in town for work and looked up some places to eat. Well I came across this place and decided to give it a try. We were greeted at the door by a kind and funny lady. We had a bigger party and she said we had around a 25-30 min wait to get a table or two ready for us. Well, they rushed together the 2 tables and we only waited maybe 15 min. So that was awesome. Our waiter was Logan. He came to get our drinks and had them out in no time. He then took our order, I decided to get the lobster roll and the shrimp. The food came out in pretty decent time and looked pretty good too. The lobster roll was very good with great flavor but I expected it to be a little bigger for the $28 price tag. I’ve had lobster rolls before and the portion on this one was a little small compared to others. The shrimp were big, juicy and also had great flavor. It was a good amount of shrimp too. Overall I can say, if you’re in the area this place is a must try. Good people and good atmosphere."

"Wow so now I see the hype . So me and my family have not once not twice not three time but 7 times we have tried to come eat here and finally on the 8 th try we finally made it in here . And we had an amazing sweet server named Bailey!! The food was pretty good give it a 7 out of 10 . So this place is pretty cool . A lot of super interesting things inside . There was the appliance next to us we tried to figure out what it was . Ended up a old old heater . Though it was cool we got to not just enjoy a nice dinner but as a family we?re challenged with finding something old interesting . Overall loved this experience !"

"You know that thing where you come in 10 minutes before the restaurant closes because it has just been that kind of week? Well how about when you do that and the staff welcomes you in with open arms because they are genuinely glad to have you there. I do love this town and I love me some Scott's Walk Up BBQ. These people are just the best and the BBQ is wonderful. Can't say enough great stuff. Stop in and visit...but maybe give them a little more time than 10 minutes before close. :"

"not too many raven sites in this city, so this was a great relief for my smoke fastening. they also have boba tee and it was amazing! the rammens were not as good as some places in atlanta (broth and toppings could use a little work), but for this city it was top notch. will definitely strike this place again, especially for the boba"

"do not visit this place. had given zero stars if possible. the Yelp page says to check and get a free cheese dip when I asked, the lady said it was from the last november. we take it from the Yelp side and it has no expiry date. she said she was gonna ask her boss. she came back and went to her station at the door. I said, what did you find out? she said they'd come, okay, then the waitress's coming out and I'm asking her. I want to see the manager. the manager comes out and says immediately, he doesn't want to set up and the offer is old. Take it from the yelp app. he is all bent out of the shape. I'm leaving. I'm not going to be back!"

"My boys and I got lunch today and had the most wonderful experience thanks to one, exceptional employee. Rob greeted my boys with high fives , fist bumps, and an amazing smile. Every time he passed them he made sure to give them one, and talk to them. He was constantly working hard and doing so with excellence and a smile. My boys were amazed by his vacuum so he kept doing it near them so they could watch. He even brought them extra cookies! Because of Rob, I actually got to eat my lunch (a rarity for a mom of toddlers in a restaurant) because “the cool man” as my boys called him, kept doing things to bring them joy. I usually avoid eating out at lunch with them because it can be crowded, but thanks to Rob, we have a new go to place! Thank you Rob for going above and beyond today! You set a wonderful example for my boys of hard work and going above and beyond for the joy of others."

"My husband and I had our casual rehearsal dinner here and the service was great. They were fast and helpful and the food is really good and reasonably priced as well. Their salsa and queso are perfect. I think we overwhelmed the staff a tad but we tried to be gracious to them knowing it was a full section. We did try to reserve ahead of time but they informed us months prior that wasn’t their policy. So we had to just call an hour ahead of time when we knew we would get there and be sure to all arrive on time to be seated together. Thankfully we arrived before the rush so we were able to be seated in the larger “party section”. It was a nice day and they do have a patio but that seating was tough to accommodate large parties. Overall very grateful for the staff as they did a great job and the food was definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants we’ve been too. Crowd pleaser for sure! :"

"In line today ordering breakfast 2 teenagers in front of me let the cashier know that they had dropped their drink from the drive-thru and were hoping to get a new one.. the cashier added if it spilled into the guys car and he said yes, so the cashier said 'Ah man. If it spilled in your car then I 'll give you a large. Sorry yall had to come all the way inside. You know what, you deserve a brownie or a cookie too, which can I get you? ' The employee didn 't have to do that. It wasn 't his fault that the guy spilled his drink, but he wanted to make sure that it didn 't ruin his day. That was so awesome to see. So even though they ran out of biscuits after I ordered and I didn 't get what I wanted, I 'm still 100% satisfied with my experience. Thanks Chick-fil-A, you rock."

"I just walked out feeling beyond satisfied!!! We had chicken shrimp with chipotle chimichangas and a 50/50 chicken and beef taco salad! They were the best chimichangas taco salad we've ever had! Must add, Ellie blessed our experience. She helped us design our meal with a smile and a super sweet demeanor! Her service is commendable! "I'm a widower, working 60 hours a week, and find it easier to eat and cheaper (as strange as that sounds) my dinner. I'm always looking for new restaurants. Praised by a previous Google review, I checked this place tonight. Unfortunately, I didn't like the menu tonight, and I didn't order, but I would like to praise the staff for being attentive, friendly and friendly, especially the young man with glasses. They treated me like I had a $1000 order. I will definitely return."
