"Horrible customer service and treatment over the phone. I placed a Grubhub order that was 30 minutes late. I then called them and they said they had a ‘technical issue’, but were aware of all details of my order. The person offered to deliver the food in 20-30 minutes, then said it would actually take 45-50 minutes, and then said they would have to cancel my order. I tried to call back to inquire as to when it would be canceled, he said they would call to cancel it in 10 minutes and then hung up.They had no intention to call and tell me my order wasn’t coming, and then still after the ‘technical difficulties’ had not canceled my order. I’m addition, the person on the phone was extremely rude. I do not recommend GOOMBAS to other people and plan to never use them again after this terrible experience."
