"This is the first time we felt Google misled us lol (nothing against Google). We went there due to the high 4.6 star rating, which barely beat out past the other place we were considering, but we knew, halfway through our dinner, that we had made a mistake.A place that has pictures showing alcoholic beverages being available in the past should know better to AT LEAST have some sort of postage, somewhere, detailing that alcoholic beverages are not currently available on the premises. Additionally, a place with such a limited menu might consider having said menu posted (in person, at the restaurant entrance for example) somewhere where folks can look at it and decide if they want to proceed to have dinner or not given what is available and what is being offered. We made reservations and were promptly seated. Service was nice enough! The restaurant, at night, is DARK. I understand the 'mood ' feeling, but it was pretty dark even for that. It made it difficult to see our food. Also, half of the little fake candles floating in water weren 't working and, to me, for a self declared 'higher end ' restaurant, seemed awfully tacky looking given they were just wine glasses filled with water and topped with plastic lamp shade looking plastic covers. We ordered our food and the wait was noticeable. The restaurant was not even 50% seated, so it wasnt even that they were slammed.I noticed other tables, seated after us, were getting their food first. Additionally, I noticed tables were getting complimentary bread/butter I stopped our waitress and asked what was going on there (because we hadn 't received anything) and she replied that due to WHAT we had ordered for our appetizers, we weren 't allocated the complimentary bread/butter. Ok ?, nice to know. The appetizer food was good. Not amazing, but good. The shrimp were ALMOST overcooked. The fondue....it 's a fun dish, but for bread, apples, a few pieces of sausage, and a beer cheese, it 's hard to understand the $31 price point.More waiting. And more waiting. An hour into arriving, our entrees showed up.We both had the chicken ravioli. Waitress never gave us any updates to the wait of our dish, which would have been nice given that, upon putting the plates down on the table, that they had been baking for 30 minutes. Additionally, at this point, almost sarcastically, the waitress asked if NOW I 'd like bread to dip in the sauce.......I felt that cheeky comment was unnecessary. Thanks, but your $31 bread and fondue dish sated any desire for bread I might have, given I was about to eat a pasta dish. This dish would BEST be described as a DECONSTRUCTED ravioli the dish had globs of a cheese mixture around the bowl, 5 6 pinky sized slivers of chicken, and 5 6 flat squares of pasta in the middle of the bowl, all surrounded by sauce and thinly shaved zucchini. It WAS tasty. But, if the dish is going to baked for 30 minutes, I 'm not sure how the zucchini is supposed to not be obliterated or retain any texture or flavor when it 's paper thin and boiled in thick cream sauce for 30 minutes. The chicken was almost dry too. The squares of pasta were really bewildering given we had expected.....ravioli. Pasta vehicles filled with cheese, herbs, meat, etc., and crimped and cooked surrounded/topped with sauce. To top it all off, my partner never even got his salad. He did note that the water was particularly refreshing though lmfao."
