"Hand's down, best coffee on the Clearlake side of the lake. Their shop is always immaculate. The staff is friendly. I'm sure all of the drinks are amazing but my favorite is the Java Chip. It's one of the only places that blends a Java Chip enough so the chip pieces don't block my straw, which can be irritating. Highly recommend hitting this coffee joint next time you're in the area, favoring some more caffeine."

"I just ordered food and AGAIN they FORGOT certain things I paid for. I pay extra for MAC sauce, extra pickles, cheese. They always 100% get my order wrong and forget things. Many times I’ve had to go into the store to get the rest of my food from coming out the drive thru. Taste of it is fine. Nothing amazing. It’s edible. They need to step their game up. "Carl's Jr. is 1 of my Favorite Fast Food places to eat. Unfortunately, they are outrageously over priced! For what they charge per meal (let's say average cost being $15) you can Literally go to the nearest Safeway, buy the hamburger and make the Burgers yourself for 3 ppl instead of 1. Granted I guess you're also paying that extra $10/person for the convenience of not having to make it yourself."

"My family and I went to buy sandwiches .. and snacks for an outing that proved to be HUGE MISTAKE! The deli staff Paul and white female) are two of the most incompetent individuals who have ever cut meat and cheese in a market. 8) when Paul finally acknowledged us and I told him what we wanted, and that I would wait patiently while he helped the 1 woman who was already there, and the other two very titled Caucasians who felt whether they were stiff in line and not waiting for all people... they would serve first. NOT TODAY! The Caucasian galley is running over and tells me they can't have an order for 8 sandwiches. They're busy and they're just two of them. I said you're kidding? She said it was basically a policy and we would have to propose. I immediately told her oh ok.... and went to customer services where a wonderful lady with dark hair and claws came to rescue. She said this was not true and went back to Deli with me and cracked the whip on these two stencils, brought another lady who are made sandwiches VERY Slowly) it was terrible! The manager came by and gave us three sandwiches for free I was wasting almost an hour in this store trying to get sandwiches, I would rather rent Safeway competent people and we pay. The sandwiches were not big and mine was placed on an old piece of Focaccia that I felt was made for purpose), that was not edible and I took off my vegetables and ate them with chips. Owen in the register was a cool guy. did his work and I really didn't feel a verdict from him. The great bear Caucasian man who stayed at the front end without a mask?!?! Was a useless presence because he did nothing else than talking and not wearing a mask and staring at people. I read another review where she spoke to Lady the shop and customer service because Lake Grafschaft is not a beautiful place at all... that's not okay! I'm not from there to just visit and spend my hard-earned money.... SAFEWAY should take care of his reputation where they build a new store! DO BETTER SAFEWAY... Your employees must be retrained and take lessons as they leave their bias in their personal space and not on Safeways dime!"

"Fantastic food and ambiance! While on vacation, my husband and I decided to have dinner at The Spot one evening. He wanted to customize his burger and the staff were very accommodating. The next day, we purchased food from a nearby place and decided to bring our dogs along. Unfortunately, there was no shade on their patio, so we asked The Spot if we could enjoy our meal on their shaded patio with our dogs. They gladly agreed and even provided water and bacon for our furry friends, as well as turned on a fan for us. Despite our attempts to tip them, they refused. We were very grateful for their kindness and generosity."

"We have been to Cactus Grill many times and always had a good meal. This time was no exception. My wife had a make your own, with a tamale and two kinds of enchiladas, all of which she enjoyed. I had a Ranchero (Wet) Burrito and it was very good. The salsa bar has some nice choices and the service is always solid. We expect to be back."

"Nice little place behind a very busy little shopping center. The wait staff was prompt and friendly. The chips and salsa were served immediately as was our basic drink order. The food was pleasant (yet nothing extravagant), and due to the location you can sit pretty much anywhere and see the great view of the traffic going to and from the clinic. Overall they were quick with our order with no mistakes, and we were checked on by wait staff numerous times while shoveling the best of their offerings.
