"Near St. Apostles there is a restaurant of Törtchen Törtchen. It is best to go there on foot or by train. Finding a parking – at high prices – here is like a six in the lottery. On a rainy day, however, such a miracle can happen – right in front of the entrance door was a free place. Ambiente The restaurant is inside like a long hose. After the counter area, there is still a whole piece to the rear. Everything is quite close – but still cozy. At the end of the cafe, the toilets are on the left and there is a beautiful outdoor area. It was not occupied in this weather. Cleanliness Everything looks tidy. The toilets can be reached in a flat way. The area is small, but clean. Service The young ladies are friendly and helpful. You even have patience when you look at the linings more extensively and like to explain all products. The card(s) cakes and cakes or other pastries are available at the counter and gets its order served at the table. Drinks can be taken from the map and ordered at the place. "For a short stay in Cologne for a concert, this restaurant was recommended to us. So we are there without any idea what there is for food and drinks. The driveway went smoothly, the first problem was for us to find a parking lot, as the road is completely covered. However, there is a narrow entrance through which it goes into an inneyard where there should be apparently customer parking. Unfortunately, the car here must be correspondingly narrow, which most recent cars are not. The service was friendly and welcoming and the ambience was really beautiful. Almost like going to a small pizzeria in Italy. Whether pasta or pizza, celiac or aperol spray everything is available in good choice. The food came quite flott, before you got a bit of garlic bread and Bruscetta, which cost no extra charge unlike in Italy. I ate a pasta that was really excellent, at the side table there were beef and tuna caappachio, which also looked really good. The food is also really good at price and also drinking costs no anger price. My conclusion is definitely who is in Cologne should also make a trip to Mare e Monti"

"We had the pancakes and baba ganoush and both were really delicous! It’s a cute and orginal small cafe with very lovely and helpful staff. They just have a small menu with some vegan options, including the pancakes and baba ganoush and a avocado toast I believe. Also plant milks available and some vegan cakes."

"For years the Demmer house has always been a top address in Sülz now, in times of pandemic it is certainly difficult, but from a small clean menu, to the stand in the free, everything was different... the ordered food lasted hours, because probably the cook had preferred the different bike cure before the house guests, but ok, which could be forgotten by a freshly tapped cardboard, but what the classics had us. The Hamburger, a top classic, was completely fried and stone-hard, the ingredients cooked and the famous frites, rock-hard...pfui deubel, as well as the carburized beard sausage, dry and burnt... disgusting, complaints were not received...so the gastronomy, even with our regular table never again, at least not with this KÜCHENFEE...shade!"

"Café Jansen is also one of my favorite cafés in Cologne's city centre. Particularly worth mentioning is the complex that recalls the former café home tradition. "Dong Kun wirkt wie ein 100 prozentiges Chinarestaurant, bietet aber eine riesige Speisekarte mit mexikanischen Gerichten, Gyros, Schnitzel, Pizza, Pasta etc. Wir haben ein chinesisches Gericht gewählt, da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass Chinesisch die Kernkompetenz des Restaurants ist. Zu den anderen Gerichten können wir nichts sagen. Das Essen war gut, die Softdrinks kamen aus der 1,5 PET-Flasche von Lidl, der Service war freundlich aber sehr unaufmerksam. Die Gaststube war fast leergefegt, nur ein einziger Mann war am Nachbartisch. Es lief keine Musik, und an der Bar blinkten im Sommer kitschige Lämpchen. Ständig klingelte das Telefon, weil das Dong Kun auch Lieferservice anbietet. Kartenzahlung wird nicht angeboten."

"My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around this part of town when we chanced on this very cool bar. This bar looks superb with great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar . We were here on a...Tuesday early afternoon and this bar was fairly empty,a very pleasant member of staff who took our order of a couple of coffees and after a short wait our coffees arrived steaming hot and we just chilled out and planned out the rest of the day ahead while enjoying our coffees. The coffees were outstandingly good,you can tell they use quality ingredients and take great pride in the coffee they serve here. We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great bar. Restaurant La'Fe is easy to locate by jumping tram number or to stop Köln West and walk down Venloerstraße then cut onto Antwerpener Straße were you will find this Cuban bar. Opening hours are; Monday to till Sunday till A great bar and well worth checking out."

"Has a few vegan options which are clearly labeled. I had one of the curries, the summer rolls and a drink. You order and pre-pay at the bar, take the drinks with you and the food is brought out afterwards. We didn't have to wait long. The curry was average, the summer rolls were very tasty though and the portions are pretty big. Both my sister and I ordered a spicy dish, but neither of our dishes was actually spicy. They have tables outside and also nice seats at the windows inside, where you can watch people pass by. The staff was friendly as well."
