"Aomatsu in Corvallis has the best salmon sashimi in the USA! I always pair it with rice and it is always a delightful experience. The restaurant also offers delicious Korean dishes, with all the stews and soups being top-notch. Don't forget to try the seafood pancake, it's a must-have. Over my 6 years in Corvallis, I have made many happy memories at Aomatsu. The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming."

"As inexpensive as it is for an all you can eat buffet, Evergreen in Corvallis is a great value. As all buffets do, the fried foods get a little stale as they sit out, but the dishes are all full of flavor and pretty yummy. I have always had good luck with the naan bread here, available in the buffet, but it is never stale it seems. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, a little dark for my taste, and a little old style, but still comfortable. The service was great, super friendly, fast and attentive. They do have a full menu, and years ago I had an excellent sit down dinner. All in all, a great place to eat."

"as long as they don't make it all the way to find home, their tofu wrap is really a chicken pack, eating is a somewhat higher quality fast eating. so often, though they've messed up our order. so, manny, times. I know that it's a college city, so it can be hard to rent qualitatiw high-quality employees, but the muster of wrong eating is old. if you get the right eating, it's really something above average."

"Met up with some friends here midday for drinks and food. We had to sit outside in the tent which was fine. The hostess was okay meaning she did her job but was not effervescent or warm and friendly. Our server was terrific. She was a middle-aged woman and very pleasant. We really like having her as our server. She actually is what made our rating a 4 over a 3. The beers were good as was the food. The heaters in the tent were nice except they were about two feet about our heads and unless you were wearing a hat too hot. It was a good average place for friends to meet up."

"we stopped at corvallis, while we were surrounded by the sf bay area to seattle and had a great dinner here. it was a 5-star experience and we will definitely be over again if we are ever in the opposite future! I am allergic to soy, milk and gluten, and sada sushi was very accommodating. the gluten-free tempura garnels was so good we forgot to make a photo before eating it all! note that it is roasted in the same frit as regular gluten stuff, so if it is celiac or allergic than I am, then it could not be the best option. the Sashimi plates and nitriri were very fresh and tasty. of my end, no allergic reaction of any kind was noticed. a week later we realized that we have forgotten to take the article-wise entry for the meal and the manager kimberly was very helpful to send us a copy by email. Thanks again!"

"I have Middle Eastern heritage, so I am familiar with this type of cuisine. However, I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. The owner was not present to oversee the preparation, which may have impacted the quality. I brought my concerns to the owner directly, but despite promises to replace the food and personally prepare it, the issue was not resolved. The food did not improve in subsequent visits. Another customer also mentioned a strong spice smell, which is not typical of Middle Eastern cuisine. There are other Middle Eastern dining options in the area that may offer a better experience. I rated this restaurant a three out of five, but would have rated it lower if other options were available. For authentic Persian, Armenian, Lebanese, or Greek cuisine, I recommend looking further north or visiting Portland. Jamila, it appears that your presence is necessary to ensure the food is prepared and served correctly. Unfulfilled promises of replacement or refund only exacerbate the problem."

"I also want to mention the exceptional customer service at Cirello's. In a time where good customer service is hard to come by, Cirello's exceeded our expectations. When my credit card was accidentally charged twice for my meal (not their fault), I called and spoke with Tim, the manager. He was proactive, apologetic, and went out of his way to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks to Tim, the problem was resolved in no time. As for the pizza itself, we ordered 2 large pizzas for our family of 4. Not only did we enjoy a great dinner, but the generous amount of toppings also provided us with leftovers for the week. It's no surprise that Cirello's has been a staple in the Corvallis area for so long. If you haven't tried Cirello's Pizza yet, you are truly missing out. Thank you again to Tim for all his help."

"By far one of the best spots for great food in Oregon. No kidding, their plates (and drinks) are a dream for those who enjoy eating healthy (from a menu bar perspective) and tasty food with awesome drinks. I couldn't get dessert (my belly was full) but I saw some awesome cakes being served. I do recommend the plate with artichoke dip and veggies and the hamburgers."

"The first time I came with two friends and we all ordered different vermicelli dishes. I expected them to be all somewhat similar, but instead they were each completely different and every one was delicious. Recently I went again and ordered the pho, lemongrass beef lamb meatballs, vegetarian rolls, and a cabbage salad (I skip peanuts on food because I think peanut flavor overwhelms other food flavors), and also the bao. Everything tasted excellent, veges were super fresh, and the presentation for even their simplest items is beautiful. Be patient after ordering your food; food this good isn't sitting on a steam table. Corvallis is a cool little town, and having this gem gives me another great reason to drive up there!"
