"The food is great but the owner is VERY dismissal of employees and employees! To see an owner treating the staff as if they are second-class citizens, this is regrettable! We were in BahaMar, opposite the road and convenient, but if you as owner openly wait your employees when you are administrative work at the bar, if it disturbs your clientele and how they pay, it is not a good look or publicity statement about your business. There are other places that mention the same food, some Fish Fry, Bamboo Shack (Downtown), Dirty’s and Nesbitts (West). Owners in these companies, I do not see them in the open and interaction. You would think based on Covid the owner would try to be the staff as NICE as possible because by there actions and composer, it says a lot. I will not be back if this is how you, the owner decides to interact with members of your team! There are too many ways to stand for someone who works in, “I am better than you put mind!”"
