"Unfortunately, I discovered that people don't take hygiene very seriously when handling food. When I visited, an employee was setting up the box with dessert. He placed the pastries and vermicelles individually on the tray with his hands without gloves, when he came into contact with the chestnut puree he simply wiped his hands on his apron/pants and continued. He held his hand over his mouth as he coughed and then just continued to clean up. He just likes to share his viruses and bacteria"
