"We were a party/family of 9. The server was great and our was hot.. You had my favorite oysters on the half shell. The one food I had to swallow for something else was the Flounder. There were only small fish pieces instead of a whole fillet. But we enjoyed our time."

"My visit here had my feelings conflicted at the beginning because we went in and were seated and then we ordered our drinks and got those and placed our order and while we were waiting for the food we asked our waiter for a refill on the salsa and he walked on like he didn’t hear us then he came back later and sat it down and kept walking without saying a word or seeing if we needed anything else we did our drinks were out but we waited then asked him again when he was walking by and he again walked on like he didn’t hear us and came back when he felt like it to give us drinks then the food arrived and after that I had burned my finger on the fajita plate and was hurting like nobody’s business so I stop the man and asked him did he have something like soy sauce to put on my finger and I explained what happened and he said no but sour cream I’ll go get you some and he did quickly and I must say it immediately took the burn out and idk what happened in that time but the whole attitude of the place changed and we didn’t have a single issue beyond that point best thing though was the food it was so good I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!"

"The lady working the Drive-Thru was doing her best, bless her heart; she was nearly ready to throw down with the card reader. If I could have, I would have leaned through the window to assist her, as no one else seemed willing to help. The line was wrapped around the building, nearly reaching the road. She mentioned needing help three times, yet several employees just looked on and walked away. Eventually, someone came by to lend her a hand, but it took a while. Arby’s is one of my favorite fast-food spots, but the staff at this location really need to come together and remember that they’re all on the same team."

"I visited Impellizzeri’s in Elizabethtown for lunch for the first time today. The staff I interacted with was friendly, competent. My pizza came exactly as I had ordered (no green peppers, extra mushrooms) was very delicious. My waiter was attentive, but not to the point of being angry. A big cry out thanks to the manager who helps me treat some other customers today. I will recommend this facility to others will soon visit again."

"Great place to eat for lunch! The parking is good and there is plenty of it. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. The recommended dishes are the Fresh Hot Bread with Butter, Mashed Potatoes, and Chopped Sirloin. Prices are reasonable, around $10–$20 per person. Overall, a 5-star experience!"

"Inside the shopping center that houses Peddlers Mall is a great little Mexican restaurant. Serving traditional street tacos empanadas sope tostada's burritos and fajitas just to name some of the fare you will find there. The beans and fresh tortilla chips are divine. The flan is good and the Horchata is delicious. Jasmine is one of the best servers I have come across and I eat out alot. My experience here was made Wonderful here both by great food and great service. Also know that there is a lot of items they serve that are not on the menu. I didn't try any of them but I hear tell they offer various traditional soups on different days and their home made french fries are great. I can personally recommend the tacos tostadas and sopes. I will definitely be back many times."

"Placed by phone when I arrived, did they never say anything about the order? When I came back to work and looked at the food. I could see my order was wrong. I called the restaurant and was transferred twice. Finally, I received the manager and I explained the problem that he admitted that they knew that the order was wrong, but they did not calculate me for the missing item. Why don't you tell me? Can I? ve waited for the correction. His answer was that I didn't take your order. Were you? Customer service!"

"I went to San Jose this past Sunday. I had been told that there would be a long wait time since it was one of their busiest days. I called in ahead, they were very polite and we were able to reserve a table for 15 people I know Large). When we arrived we let them know we were all there and they proceeded and sit us down, NO WAIT TIME!!!!!!! This surprised me. They sent two waiters to our table, which turn out to be the best experienced I have had with large groups. Our orders were all correct. Our beverage were never empty, and to top it off. Our food tasted amazing! Overall, the experience was much better than anticipated. They have plenty of room for big or small parties. I recommend this place, you have to try it out!"

"The food used to be great here, but not anymore. Our appetizers were basically ok, nothing great, the soda was flat and flavorless, but our pizza was AWFUL. Not at all as described, covered in grease, looked and tasted gross. Tried to talk to them about it. One gentleman took paper towels to sop up the grease, while the other guy just argued with me. "Stopped in for breakfast. We were seated right away, the wait staff came with two waters. Very pleasant the entire time. The bus staff was cleaning tables and stayed on top of things. Food arrived hot and tasted very good. When breakfast was delivered the check was put down on the table, my husband had to get his own to-go container because the wait staff never came back! "Our group of 12 felt the most unwelcome and awkward that any of us have felt before at an establishment. It was our family members 79th birthday and we all traveled an hour to go to this lunch. The second we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation (we didn 't, but we did call beforehand and nobody mentioned that when we were inquiring . After that, they said we would have to sit six and six at separate tables. Then they eventually said we could sit together but we couldn 't order from the regular menu (we had already previewed the menu prior . We had a few choices and we did it, but the attitude from the staff was, we really don 't want you here, but we will do it anyway. Our server was friendly enough about half way through as we were waiting for our food, but it took a lot of time for her to get there! Food was decent. Small portions (other than the $35 steak option . We spent a ton of money and tip for the 12 of us and then went to the grocery store and all ate snacks and hour later when we didn 't get our fill (except the steak people! . My salad with shrimp was $19 and contained THREE shrimp. Literally 3 shrimp the added fee for shrimp was $8. We were planning a huge girls trip and this experience changed our minds. We don 't want to feel that unwelcomness again. Food drinks: If you have a party of more than 8, you have a six item list you can choose from. Noteworthy details: If you have a party of more than 8, beware. Just call they have an attitude that they are not a fan of large parties and treat you accordingly.
