"Ive ordered from this place several times over the years. However, since 2019 the quality and service has significantly gone downhill. Things such as undercooked food, undelivered orders, incorrect orders and opening a box to find a mess as if something was tossed in have been more frequent.We've tried to be understanding as I know that it has been hard for food delivery businesses. My most recent order was the last straw. I ordered a pizza on mon 12/27 at 7pm. Est delivery was 45ish minutes. After an hour went by I checked the tracking app which showed it had not even been cooked yet. I tried to call the restaurant several times and no one answered. 85 minutes after the pizza was ordered it was delivered, COLD. I filed a complaint with dominoes. No one contacted me, so I filed another complaint. Still no contact or attempt to reconcile this.If this was the first time I would give them another chance, but this is the norm for this branch. There are too many other, reliable and quality, pizza options in Elk River. Would not recommend ordering from this business."
