"Worst customer service I have seen in a long time! Actually watched two parties (2 and 4 people respectively) leave without even being acknowledged for at least 5-10 minutes after walking in. In order to have drinks refilled, had to actually flag down a waitress. Then it took 10 minutes for her to return to the table. Finally, my wife used their bathroom, what a mistake! in the first stall, someone had defacated all over the seat, toilet, and floor. She said the smell was horrendous! Worst experience ever at this site since we began visiting it. Do better!"
