"How do you rate Olive Garden a five star? If you get everything you expect, it is possible. Last visit I had very attentive service. I'm a basic spaghetti and meatball type. Many salads, bread sticks full and all held for a very reasonable price. It's hard to beat. I know a lot of Italian food snobs at Olive Garden. It is reliable and consistent in almost any of its restaurants. I like the place and I hope they never change."

"Generous servings that are worth the price! Whenever I come down to SWFL this is one place I always order from within the first day, the food is always great, even take out. My SO literally eats here all the time and has never had a bad experience. Their thin crust is amazing pizza, and if you want to try the spaghetti and meatballs, definitely do! Only caveat is about a 40 minute wait but it's not a complaint at all for good fresh food. Would definitely prioritize doing take out/pick up if delivery is available imo. Also their Sweet Italian dressing is to die for! and the salads are always fresh."

"Ordered a meal and it came without fish eggs and asked why it wasn?t on there and they said they were out.. charged me full price. Then the bill came with 18% gratuity added and when I asked they said it was on the menu that they would. When they showed me, it was the smallest font. I would have given $2 for the service bc they never came to check on us and we were in need of drinks for most of the meal. Terrible. Will not ever go again."

"We went here with our son who has a dairy allergy. The manager Anna was sooo helpful and accommodating, more than any other restaurant we have been to in his ten years. He safely ate, he loved so much meat and was Anna personally made some safe separate items in back to not worry about cross contamination. When she brought it to table I felt happy emotions. My son was so full, talked about how nice she was and he wants to go back for his birthday dinner! Thank you so much Anna for the great special service provided it meant so much!!"

"Very fast and personal service. My waitress was amazing. Food was epic. We had the caprese and the meatball lollipops for an appetizer and they were both perfect. The meatballs have a nice Sriracha kick to them! We also got ?The Boss? pizza which wasaptly named. The bruschetta pizza also fantastic. Definitely worth coming in. Great atmosphere and staff!"

"What a disappointment when I arrived home and I found out that the whole chicken that I bought today at the pollo tropical in Estero Florida was all burned and dried . I totally wasted my 21 dollars because the chicken was all burned..if I could give them -5 but there is not option. This is not the first time I got my chicken dried and burned. Please do not go anymore to pollo tropical is not the same restaurant anymore"

"Food was fresh and tasty! I got a sushi roll, pad Thai, miso and a salad. They added and extra cup of the tamarind sauce for me like I asked. The boba was delicious also! The real reason I’m writing this review is to make a comment about the excellent service I received. The man who was doing take out noticed my hands were full when trying to grab the bags so he carried them out to my car for me!! I didn’t even ask he just did it. Such a sweet guy. Thanks for the great food and the amazing attitude that made my day so much better."

"Business meeting in Fort Myers this week, so I decided to go back to Chops City Grill for dinner. A year or two years ago there was a good experience. Our reservation was 7 and they could put us at 6:30. The first beverage order lasted over 1/2 hours and while we waited for it, we were presented with an excruciating infomercial presentation about the supremacy of their Wagyu rift. Our order came and had to ask for cutlery. Our business call has been interrupted several times by our server. If I spend more than 900.00 for dinner, I expect the service to have a little more polish. Eating was okay, the chopped wedge wasn't as good as I remembered and the sides were a bit small to share. It'll probably cross from my Steak house list."

"consistently good food, no matter what the amount! we ordered deluxe baby back package and added several ala cart items for memorial day lunch with family. the entire order was carefully compiled, and everything was fresh and ready to go when we picked up. they even threw in a small cooler of ice (we had cooler) each of 8 to 91 enjoyed eating and all came back for seconds. many thanks to rib city, and all their friendly and helpful staff!"

"Fantastic food, laid back atmosphere, best cappuccino in Florida and fair prices. I have been searching for a place that knows how to make a cappuccino the way it should be, and I finally found it! The gentleman who runs the place is friendly, accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, brunch, coffee and/or smoothies. "The water came with a bunch of floating things in it, I asked for another cup it came the samethe server said she had just poured it straight from the faucet that it must be the ice! . So no waterthen my steak came hard as a rock after I ordered medium rare. My knife was loose and jiggly, and to top it off they were out of crepes which was why I came to take my wife, I can’t recommend this place for what they charge. I paid a lot of money to stay thirsty all dinner and a salty over cooked steak, they did replace it and it was satisfactory but by then I lost my appetite."

"I visited the restaurant today, but only the drive-thru was open. The burgers were hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm since they had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. The nuggets were similar. The management really needs to be more attentive to these issues; they should know better. There was no Coke available, and when I asked for Sprite, there were no problems with that. The girl at the drive-thru window provided excellent service and was very friendly. However, the guy who was handling the fries and nuggets didn’t add to the experience; using tempo food and not including the dipping sauce for the nuggets in the bag was disappointing. It seems important to double-check your order at this place."
