"Service and the food has gone down dramatically due to people not caring about the work they do no one has any pride in the work they do anymore it's so inconsistent no consistency there at all anymore to the point of you may have a good icie slush or it may not be any ice in it at all. They give you the attitude if you say something about it as well"
