Orders incomplete, portions smaller, sandwiches thrown together, pages not with the meal, but it's on the ticket and was ordered with one page, etc. I tried to overlook it and think well, people forget it happened. But it's consistent. I guess if you're offering good service all the time, consistent subpar must do and be acceptable. Not sure whether it is Panera policy or good help is difficult to find these days. Yes, it's the little details that are really important. I'm not one who usually leaves bad reviews. I would rather praise, but spoken words with managers fall on deaf ears! Don't bother bringing the problem to the manager, they just argue with you. Check your order and make sure you return your money when the order is short or items are not available. I was calculated for a complete order, but only half received, was assured that I would have refunded the difference to my account. Not yet!"

"Met up with some family at the Bistro. A lot of customers for a Wednesday evening. There was a wait for a table at the little bistro but it wasn’t long. They do a great job of accommodating and communicating. I hadn’t eaten here before so I just tasted everyone else’s soup which came out looking so pretty and tasted delicious.
