"That was my first visit to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday dinner. Food and service were impeccable. The seafood was very fresh with wonderful presentation. "We were in town just for the night and happened on Naples as an option for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the extensive wine list, and superb entrees. "Casual dining experience in beautiful downtown Fort Mill. The service and the food were excellent! The food was brought to our table quickly. Everyone loved their choices. The fried chicken and waffles were cooked perfectly. The chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pulled pork nachos were seasoned perfectly and paired with a tasty pico de Gallo. The fried green beans did not disappoint either. The shrimp and grits was a perfect blend of creole and southern. My dad is an excellent condition from Louisiana and my mom from Charleston SC. I have tasted award winning cuisine from them both (well...award winning in my eyes but certainly raved about by all who tried their cooking). So needless to say, many have tried but not come close to what I have had. This dish was spot on! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I didn't get to enjoy all of it (side note...manager took care of the issue immediately). Oh, almost forgot to mention the crispy spinach. If you have a sandwich, this would be a great pairing. I will certainly visit again. Enjoy!"

"Now this is impressive. I think I just met the best bar tender every! Paige (The bar tender) was fast and efficient, she paid attention to her costumers and was multi-tasking as a pro. Even while busy she stayed personable and pleanst. All by herself with the place packed she failed to miss a beat...even with difficult customers asking for tastings. This was 100% impressive and we will make sure to come back. The beer is selected well and a great selection to say the least! This place is the hidden gem of fort mill. All come by and say hello to get some great service and great booze. The servers are always awesome and great personalities to boot. If you have good taste in beer, wine, or atmosphere then come here. P.s. they are always willing to chill and fill your growler or chill your wine before opening. It is an excellent experience."

"first I thought that was an Irish pub (from outside who did not, but when I sat down, I noticed that it was not, and as soon as I came across the lack of brain puss (and myself), I had a pretty good meal. the service was slow. very slow. there were at least six employees and six tables, so I'm not sure why the review was measured in the age of the earth, but so the day went. I was really there to eat a burger. and was glad that spargel was available as side. I like pommes, but spargel is a reward for the body. burger was cooked as desired perfectly to medium size and still served hot. 100 % spot on. good burger, good value. economical was also boiled directly. great! the bacon-meat oaf of my wife tasted however not like speck or like meat. if it was advertised as frozen black bean and mushroom meat safari, then I would say they nailed it. but I don't think it contained bark or speck. I like the mushroom sauce she came with, and I think it deserves a few more spots on the menu. I wanted to make 3 stars, but the burger what has done right and that seems difficult for most places, and I am ready to give a fit for a day of lack of lusters service. I'll be back sooner or later to try something else."

"So my family and I tried Flipside today for breakfast at the Fort Mill location. It was around 10 and pretty crowded, but thankfully we found seats at the bar. My son ordered a buttermilk waffle with a side of cheese grits. I had the Flipside special, grits, 2 pieces of bacon, a scrambled egg, and a biscuit with sausage gravy; and the hubs had shrimp and grits with a side of toast. We each had drinks and the total came out to be $57... a little pricey, but the food was great and seasoned great. The atmosphere was good and the bartender who served us, Jerrie, was prompt with our drinks and very friendly. The best part is that we didn't have to wait long for the food to be delivered! I'll definitely try again for lunch."

"Have been here serval times. I like the environment and the bartender is great. My last 2 visits over the past 2 weeks I have noticed the place was not nearly as clean as I originally noticed. I ordered grilled chicken strips 2 weeks ago and they did not taste right. Full of tendons and had a bit of a weird taste.Everyone has a bad day so I just wrote it off. Then this past Saturday July 9th, my wife and I went back and had the French dip. The fries had a slight weird taste, but nothing alarming. That was the only thing we ate Saturday and Sunday we both woke up puking and running to the bathroom with food poisoning. Again, was easy to figure out as that was the only thing we ate Saturday.I feel like this locations staff has let the place become a little dirty and could maybe use more on site management."

But to all complaints I used to work in a fast food restaurant during the pandemic and let me just say this...every business on every corner is hiring and hiring at wages way higher than they would have ever considered before..why??? Because every business is so short staffed because hardly anyone wants to work during this time. It has been a very trying time in the world. These employees work themselves to the bone! Everytime I visit, I notice all of the hard work being put in with the manager being the one to do more than one job at a time. She is always there and always so sweet and nice to me even though you know she's got to be exhausted! I couldn't help but comment after reading some of the complaints. You can definitely tell some people have never worked fast food or customer service type jobs before and certainly not during the pandemic. I have to say bravo to management and crew!!! Y'all are awesome everytime I come through the drive-thru. Especially the manager with the blonde hair (I believe her name is Denise) Thank you Dairy Queen Fort Mill for all your hard work. They had a fantastic beer special on domestic bottles, which was a nice touch. The beer was served quickly and ice cold. Our server was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed. The atmosphere at Carmella's was excellent, with an interior design that perfectly captures the essence of cold beer, great food, and a sports vibe. I will definitely return to watch a prime-time game here. However, one aspect I wasn't fond of was being charged for a cup of ranch dressing. Many restaurants are adopting this policy, but I believe that basic condiments should be complimentary. Overall, it’s a great place to eat and drink!"
