"Coming as a child, I used to love their breakfast, the atmosphere and bakery. I hadn 't been to dine-in in almost 10 years and was excited to go back! After this past weekend, I 'll probably not be returning. We went for breakfast on Sunday a little later, around 9:30, we always enter through the bakery and was happy to see a bunch of empty booths that I sat in as a kid. I asked for a booth for 2. The older hostess didn 't give us an INCH. She was extremely rude and unprofessional stating she had a table in the back, I asked again to clarify, since there were several booths available. I understand how you might think that but they 're reserved I 'm sorry, but the ENTIRE front dining room is reserved? And to not even offer so much as a if you don 't mind waiting 10-15 min for a booth or I have a booth for an hour, is that okay? I would have waited for a booth to clear that WASN 'T reserved. So we sat in the new part of the dining area with no windows, no character and a bad taste in our mouth. After we were done, we walked past the booths on our way out and surprise surprise, THE BOOTHS WERE EMPTY. Hire professional service workers or don 't pride yourself on being the best place in town."
