"I would give them zero stars if I could, however for the slight bit of comedy we had I am giving one star.We went through one of the two drive through lines. We were asked to “hold on” when we pulled up. This moment was long enough for at least three other cars in the other line to get their orders through while we sat and listened to constant clicking from the microphone. We asked “hello?” in fear of being forgotten. Again, the voice on the other side asked us to “hold on.” Multiple cars passed through the other line, again.We were finally able to order, which was a nightmare of a process. Having to repeat “two large coffees with cream” multiple times. Next item, a small iced mocha, which to my dismay, I was informed that the machine was broken, big surprise. Next order, a large coke and a holiday pie. Simple enough.We go to the window, pay for our food and pull up to the next window. Two large coffees and a coke were given. Then we were told that they were out of holiday pies, and were asked if they could sub for apple pie. We agreed, and two cold apple pies were handed over to us.We appreciate the two apple pies for the inconvenience, however biting into a cold one is not nearly as satisfying as a warm one.The best grade we can give the coffees would have to be, they were warm and wet.We have been joking about pulling into another McDonalds and asking if we could return these items."
