"It is Very rare that I review a restaurant negatively, especially based on price or portions. In life and restaurants, I focus on the good. Here, my review is minus two for dashing my expectations. Whether that is fair is partly irrelevant because ratings are subjective. I aim to relate my true experience. Overall, the menu is low cost. Meat dishes are mid twenties, which I expect in an Italian restaurant. Tasty pizzas range from €5.90 to €9. Here, I was frustrated by my smallest portion size of Gnocchi to this day: less than or equal to an appetizer, and twice the price of the pizzas. Gnocchi is typically inexpensive, perhaps €9 for a large plate or bowl. (E.g., an Italian restaurant just outside of Walchensee has AMAZING baked gnocchi for €8.50) Here, €14.50 brought a portion size that made a woman laugh. That was her immediate response. Ha! ... That 's it? When a woman actually Laughs at something small, you know it 's small and that everyone expects more. To the chef 's credit, it was delicious, and appetites and expectations will vary."
