"Three good reasons to come and eat on this (magnificent) terrace: 1) The view of the vineyards 2) The view of Lake Geneva 3) The view of the Alps. I’m still looking for the fourth… And my words to explain it in nuance and without sounding like a foul-mouthed gastro-sniper. But how can we evoke the tepid disappointment of having eaten very expensively, but not really had a good meal, other than by remembering this limp frustration which can follow a banal orgasm for which we had invested a lot? It's difficult to ignore, however, the apparent sympathy of the welcome, even if we are surprised by a bistro service in this appearance of luxury. It's difficult not to recognize the quality of the ingredients and not to imagine the sweat in the kitchen, even if the taste buds find it difficult to regale with the eyes which feast on the landscape... Like the reality of the plate with the ostentation of the description of the menu (full of puns that only happen at the bar, with friends after a few drinks). But hey, there are enough laudatory comments above mine (and certainly later below) for me not to feel too guilty about expressing an opinion (constructive, yes) which, in addition to not being than mine, concerns only two dishes tasted “Vitelo férato Lémanique”, “Grilled sea bream fillet and clams”. Oh yes ! I almost forgot, the Chardonnay was delicious."
