I think the recipes and menu items have changed quite a bit over the years, but my review remains the same. I’ve been ordering the miso ramen mainly, and I’d like to have back the old recipe because it had more flavor and umami taste. Still a great place to eat."

"UPDATE Second Visit. Was there Sunday night with wife and daughter. I have to give kudos to the floor manager. Food was good as usual salad bar was great. But it seems daughter had an upset stomach so she didn’t really eat. She asked waiter if she could take food on her plate home because her stomach was upset, waiter deferred the floor manager, and he said no as it is Restaurant policy. I explained to daughter that at buffets and places like this , they don’t allow take home as too many people would abuse the privilege. We all understood and went on to finish our meal. At the end of the meal when they brought the bill, the floor manager said that he was taking her meal off the bill as she didn’t really eat. We didn’t expect it, but we’re very grateful. I think this is the way restaurants should be run. Where people do things for you without asking. And do the right thing. Anyway, great job and we will be back and recommending to others. . For me, better than the two Brazilian places in town. Meats all excellent, grilled shrimp was great. Cheese bread was very good. Their salad bar also was excellent. I think the sides that they put on the table at the other restaurants in town were a little bit better and more substantial but at a place like this you really don’t go for the sides anyway. Think For Valentine’s Day they raise the price by $10 per person. And generally they may be between eight to $10 higher than the two other similar places in town but in my opinion, worth it for the quality and not having to make the drive. For Valentine’s Day, they served dessert, we had chocolate cake and tres leches, which both were excellent. Not sure if they do that during the regular menu. Would definitely go back."

"Order the chicken and waffles with some coffee. I gave the atmosphere a 1 star because they decided to start vacuuming right next to our table as soon as my party sat down. It was really obnoxious. This was an hour and 20 minutes before close so it’s not even like we was staying during closing."

"I love this place but just realized the happy hour is trash. Which is why its getting 4 stars. My cousins wanted to come here for happy hour and its nothing to get excited about. The drinks is only a $1 off and the food is like $2-3 off. Not worth the drive for happy hour if you ask me. Food is amazing though. Just come regular time. I wish the happy was better."

"So many different options involving churros that it will make u keep coming back. We had their rocky road which had 2 churros and hersheys choc in between with marshmallows. Also had a scoop of cappucino crunch icecream which was soo good. We went on a sunday evening and the place was pretty full. They also have board games and very cute decor. Service is very friendly too. A must try!"

"This was our first Indian food truck experience and it was spectacular. Firstly, the uncle and aunty were very welcoming and kind. We ordered Paneer paratha, malai kofta, chole batura and samosa chaat. The food was very flavorful and heartwarming. We also tasted their creamy mango lassi and delicious halwa. We were visiting Houston and will plan to come back here soon."

"Spotted a roach on the counter, informed the service woman. Despite enjoying the pizza before, hesitated after the sighting. Overheard employees in the back questioning why people act surprised by roaches. As a Texan, I've seen them, but I've also seen ads for exterminators. "Came here because my sister saw someone talk about how good the food was here so me and my family went. I must say I was so very disappointed. The food was mediocre. Like something I could have made at home. The Kool aid was good but taste like a cup of sugar. I had the big fish sandwich. It just tasted like fish between two pieces of regular bread. My sister said the shrimp was good. The most disappointing and disgusting looking item was the Mac and cheese . Who approved that? It was soupy the cheese wasn 't even melted and it kind of tasted like a cleaner. That 's just what it tasted like to ME and my people. It was also oily. It definitely wasn 't baked. It was a 0/10. I was upset too because it was $7. The service was just ok. Definitely will NOT be back."

"OK so we ran across this place the first night we arrived at the RV resort and this place was literally down the street it was amazing. We really didn't have any complaints while visiting This restaurant we were lost coming in and the manager opened thedoor for us by accident but right on time???? he was top of the line And customer service our server was training someone andhe was great also. My husband and I both had the lasagna and We ordered fresh bread with an amazing garlic sauce and weordered an appetizer with shrimp calamari an octopus we ordered 2 drinks they were so good I forgot the name of them also????They're gonna kill me because I forgot where I put their names but I hope they know who they are when they read this but pleasego here the restaurant was beautiful on the inside and out very cozy and great drinks we will definitely be back again!!????"

"I've got a new burger joint. It's called old school burger and that's exactly what you get. And it's great. I was hungry, and it was 20 minutes till close. "I would frequently order from this place, but iI will never eat there again. I recently order via DoorDash. This company sent me the wrong order. In my opinion they did not satisfy the customer because I had to pick the order that I already paid fees for. "I have visited this location as well as the hwy 6/i10 location on several occasions. This location is hit or miss on many factors from the food, to the ambience to the service. They use to be a gourmet taco menu with a large selection to now ataqueria standard menu at best. The drinks were great and it seems like the focus is being turned towards their new line ofcocktails their bar tender kept trying to push. Could of been a better experience if they attended us better but the choice ofMexican banda music blaring was just over the top for the location and its audience. I'm hoping it was just us that nightbecause this place could have potential in becoming a cool chill spot on Mason."
