"The chips are decent bag chips. The salsa is runny but is served warm has a decent flavor. The queso was simply melted Velveeta with no added chicken broth or garlic powder or anything... and it was barely warm. This should have been fair warning for the rest of the meal. I ordered the Carne Asada with rice , charro beans, corn tortillas and added a cheese enchilada a la carte. The steak was the only thing with any real flavor. It was decent. The grilled tomatoes were good too. Everything else either lacked any seasoning or the flavors were just ...off. Like for all the extra unnecessary ingredients in the charro beans, the beans themselves had ZERO flavor. The enchilada would have been ok but for the fact that it just tasted old... like either they used too much Paprika, which can cause it to taste like dirt/dust OR they were using old ingredients. Even the guac was a one note flavor avocado with jalapeño juice. No salt, no garlic, no onion powder... just mushy sadness. And the tortillas were definitely from a package. The saving grace was their iced tea was great and the staff was professional courteous. The food did come out quickly but I would have waited if it meant fresher ingredients. I did not partake in any adult beverages as I was on a work trip so maybe alcohol makes it all taste better? All in all, decent meal for the price. Perfect if you're afraid of flavor the only spices in your kitchen are salt pepper. Vegetarian options: They had Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas. So no meat but definitely dairy.
