"Good food is not easily come by in Hockenheim, so when I say very good it should be judged by that standard. The staff are really really friendly, the portions vast and the quality good. I have eaten both the pizzas and the pasta dishes....The pizzas are particularly good. I cannot really fault either but unless you eat for Britain I would avoid a starter! The prices are very reasonable as is the extremely limited wine selection. Every time I go here I get a complimentary grappa. Always a nice touch. But take care walk don 't drive for the local police lie in wait for diners driving out of the nearby car parks."

"Visited on a dreary wet day. The interior design is almost overthetop Greek style but in a way that does end up being part of the good experience. The waiters will open doors, whisk round quickly to take your order in a pleasant kind of...way. They take good care. And as far as the food is concerned there are really good Greek plates. The meat was just right the lamb filet was still pink inside, the turkey filet was cooked but soft, the gyros both crispy and soft. The salmon was a huge portion of fish alongside noodles which were spiced, too. The side salads were nicely sized. I thought the Mokka at the end was a bit too sludgy but that happens with Mokka sometimes. Complimentary Ouzo goes without saying but you are politely asked if you would like one. All in all we had way too much to eat. And will return again"

"Waitress spilled a glass of wine over me and didn't even apologize and gave me the guilt I was sitting there. "if you take into account that the pizza is still a few times in the karton until you have it on the teller, then the taste is a little wonder. the azurra is a pizza service. the pizzas taste so delicious that I have often wanted to get this quality in a restaurant. "A group of about 6 of us went to a dinner on Thursday at the beginning of the historic Motor Racing Weekend at Hockenheim Ring (The Jim Clark Memorial). We all started with the asparagus soup. Luckily it was lovely. The most important courses are not so good. My carving was very overcooked and the chips too. The consensus of the opinion was that if one stayed from fried food, it was acceptable. What was not acceptable was the service. The waitress was extremely charming, but the place was materially understated. We arrived at 8 a.m. and our orders were not accepted until 8.30. We finished our main course at 10 a.m. (we didn't eat slowly) and were then told that we couldn't have a dessert because the kitchen was closed! Would I go back there? I don't think so."

"Thanks to TripAdvisor, we have once again discovered a real secret tip. We could get a table on a Saturday night without reservation. The restaurant was well visited but fortunately had a small cozy table free. We were warmly welcomed by the service and promptly supplied with drinks. As has already been described several times, we have already been able to marvel at the large scavengers at the neighboring table beforehand, which has already helped us to select the food, and we only had to limit ourselves to the selection of the supplements. After about 20 minutes we enjoyed the huge supplement salad. It was only possible to get to the excessively large carving. As expected, everything was hot and the Pommes fryed pink fried. The gypsy and champions cream sauce was prepared with fresh ingredients. What we had wondered was that the restaurant was not on top of the rankings, this is probably due to the fact that the owner did not deal with the new media and therefore has no direct influence on the reviews . It would be a shame if not an honest and cleanly run restaurant would not be to be discovered further up in the future.
