"I am certainly NOT one to leave a negative review, as I always leave positive remarks if deserving of it, but I can't let this go! I found a MEDIUM LENGTH, SINGLE LIGHT BROWN HAIR in my mouth, wrapped in the salad, chicken and mandarin oranges that I ordered for a delivery dinner. Enough said! They've lost a fantastic customer and its sad because up until then I ordered from Pat's at least once a week bc it is our family's weekly treat. Never again!!!!! No amount of time or money could ever make this experience better knowing a human hair from their restaurant/salad was in my mouth..... EVER! I'm livid and disgusted! Cover your head and wear gloves when you prepare food in a restaurant!!!!!!"
