"Our second time here, and will be returning every time we can. 5 star dining experience with creative dishes and excellent execution across the board. The beef cheek fell apart so easily we ate it with our spoons! Try the asparagus appetizer for something truly unique. I'm not a fine dining expert so the constant flatware exchange was wasted on me, but the service overall was among the best you'll experience on the islands."

"The buffet at this Hawaiian hotel should not serve Italian food. Many items that used to be included in the buffet are now missing, such as watermelon, ice cream, and soup. The carving station did not have turkey or ham. The buffet was mainly pasta, which was not worth the money. The desserts were not good, lacking options like coconut cake, pineapple, or guava items. Strawberries should be included with the fruit. I have been eating here for over 30 years, but if the buffet remains this way, I will not return. It is very disappointing. I am not sure if this change is due to Marriott taking over the hotel, but if it is, shame on them."

"The experience was amazing. I opted for the pricier package, while my mother and brother chose the cheaper option. Both were fantastic. "YUM!!! This vegan Japanese sushi restaurant was perfect. Lovely natural setting and atmosphere and an incredible menu. I loved everything (and I ordered a lot! . I recommend this place highly. Absolutely loved the tempura and bean curd nigiri but truly the waialua roll was beyond superb!"

"I think about the brisket sandwich every other week. It’s the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had, and no brisket sandwich has ever come close to it. Oh and the side of pickled beans is surprisingly good, it goes well with the already amazing brisket sandwich. My friends got other stuff but I was too busy focusing on my brisket sandwich, I’m sure their stuff was good though."

"Went here for a date night. The restaurant is small and cozy, we had a choice of dining upstairs and we chose that. It was very intimate setting and there was only two other tables that had patrons upstairs. The restaurant was quite busy but the service was on point. Tara was a joy to have as a server as she explained the dishes and what she preferred. The bread was excellent and tasted just like the bread I used to eat it Italy. The wine selections were very good and reasonably priced. We has the crab gnocchi, vongole, rucola salad, the lobster special and the fried chop. The food was very tasty and came out in a timely manner. We will be back."

"I had high hopes for this since it's in a luxury hotel. They forgot my order and gave us the wrong dessert. Food didn't take long which was good because we were limited on time. Food wasn't the quality I expected. I got the duck and it was literally two pieces and my hubby got steak. Staff was nice in taking my hubby's food back and give us fresh hot food at the same time because he had it sitting there for 30 minutes before they realized their mistake."

"We spent a wonderful weekend at Prince Waikiki to celebrate my birthday. This visit included 100 Sails to taste the Sunday brunch. Our Ken was Ken and he was fantastic! Super friendly and very attentive to our table. While buffets usually just wait staff to pull plates, Ken was very attentive to ensure that we never had to be refilled for our water glasses, always checked for us to see if there was something else we needed and how the food tasted and also recognized my birthday with a dessert that he probably got from the dessert selections on the buffet, but it especially with a chocolate happy birthday sign and candle. The food was also delicious and offers a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Our server, Pono, was outstanding and assisted us with menu choices that were safe for my daughter who has Celiac Disease (thank you! . We enjoyed the garlic edamame, an assortment of vegetables, cheese fondue and kalbi short rib, bistro hanger steak and harami skirt steak. Our favorite was the harami skirt steak by far! Fantastic food, quality meats and excellent service! Mahalo!"

"My family love going to Bernini’s especially for special events. Normally, service, food and ambiance are exceptional. Unfortunately this time there was a very loud party adjacent to us. Other than this out of ordinary circumstance they are spot on. Wife loves the Rossini and the my favorite the Ricci Di Mare. Kids also eat things we thought they would normally never try. Definitely recommend Bernini to anyone looking for a great dine out experience."

"I was here in 2016 and was so impressed with the waiters, from seating me, to refilling the waters, to serving the dinner! They followed all the proper protocols. But when I came again this last Wednesday Dec. 27, 2023, I was very sad to see the quality of proper serving go downhill. There was tons of reaching over people's plates, spilling or splattering the water, servers arm right across my face, etc. Not to mention, we had to fan down our female waitress to order desert as she never came to ask! Then she seemed annoyed by the desert we ordered the flaming chocolate lovers ice cream. She was pretty unprofessional also, the way she conducted herself. Not very professional for the kind of restaurant. Maybe an olive garden, but not this quality of a restaurant. Their menu has significantly changed, and their prices have doubled! Would have been nice had they updated their online menu! Even the old cocktail drinks were no longer available! But of course, I found others to try. I just expected more professional service for a bill of almost $400.00 . When I was here in 2016, it was a fantastic experience but this time, 2023, it was mediocre. I got the Delmonico escargot, my adult son got the beef wellington escargot, and my youngest got the crab cakes. We got 5 drinks and 1 desert. Please update your online menus and improve your table service. Edit reservations were under my name on the date I noted in review. Menu's were not updated the day of our reservations as I had screenshoted them to remember what I wanted to order. The gentleman I spoke to even acknowledged the menu was not updated as I was looking for a specific drink too! (Sorry can't figure out how to respond to owners reply)."

"Great spot for Japanese food and cocktails/drinks! They have great sake as well. The atmosphere is very cute- inside is a wine bar look with high top tables, and the outside has regular tables with a cute garden look. The outdoor area is all covered and each table has a fan so it’s nice and cool. They have a nice happy hour menu as well!"
