"I am disappointed to write this review as I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant. Yesterday, I went with my family and ordered at 1:15, receiving our food quickly by 1:25. However, it was clear that the staff wanted us to leave as soon as possible. Despite the posted closing time of 2:00, by 1:30 they were putting chairs on tables and sweeping around us. The lady at the register when I paid seemed unhappy with our presence. We left at 1:45 feeling rushed and annoyed. When a relative posted a negative review, the employees responded defensively, claiming we were not rushed and were rude. To me, poor customer service is rude. We witnessed two cars turned away from the drive-thru before 2. If the closing time is 2, then service should continue until then. Due to the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior, we will not be returning."
