"Update: they reached out via response to this review as well as via phone call and have issued a refund. Changed from 1 to 4 stars. We eaten there before and had a good experience. However, this time we ordered take out. The fried chicken special that we ordered was entirely raw. When we called, they gave us push back, stating that there was a blood vein in the chicken. It was not, I can assure you. It was raw. We (kindly) asked for a refund subsequently hung up on. We attempted to call back a few times with the hopes that it was an accident, however they are now not answering our calls. So disappointed.
