"McDonald and Ritz-Carlton in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico was now jointly owned by McDonald's and Ritz-Carlton. Being very attentive to restaurant cleanliness and hygiene, I pointed out some areas that needed improvement to the management, who agreed and promised to address the issues with their staff. The restaurant overall was spotless, with friendly service and delicious, satisfying food. The staff could benefit from further training on cleanliness and attention to detail, especially in the restrooms. Improvement is always possible, as McDonald's slogan says, "Be better than best!"
