"On our bike tour on the five river cycle path, which leads directly through Kallmünz, we ate here for dinner with a group of twelve people (table was reserved in advance). The guest room in a historic farmhouse is professionally renovated with illuminated dark bars and small windows. It is decorated with old black and white photos, an old pendulum clock and other historical objects, but the place is not overloaded. The decoration is stylish and tastefully selected with many beautiful views. The tables come from earlier. Unfortunately, the old chairs that look beautiful are very unpleasant as the seat is too short. It sits more comfortably on the bench on the wall. The menu is handwritten and uses own or older terms such as ancestors, main meals and desserts. There was an amusegueule (Wildschweinwurst on sauerkraut, for which vegetarian placed a goat cheese in herbs and oil. Instead of the main dinner I had two ancestors, a asparagus soup and a liver paste and as a dessert Poiter Bagrl (a kind of ravioli filled with plum nut filled with cream and vanillais. Everything tasted excellent. The most important foods such as table top, corn chicken, beef fillet and lamb also tasted the other, but the portions were so dimensioned that you should order a menu if you are hungry or the usual Bavarian portions are used. In an older flower choir (very refreshing from the self-made older syrup! a total of 24 euros. The most important dinners are 13 25 euros. The quality of food as well as the appearance of the restaurant is at a high level that is exceptional in such a small place. The service is very friendly and can explain all the dishes for some Bavarian specialities. Those who come here with great hunger and medium purse will not be happy to go home, but a gourmet is here full at his expense in the upscale peasant kitchen. In the Michelin guide, which is at the exit, the place is listed with a star. I like the view of the kitchen where you come at the entrance and exit. In beautiful weather you can sit outside in the courtyard. The next door is an old barn. Probably that was a farm. In the house there are guest rooms in which part of our group was accommodated."

"Once arrived in the quiet resort we first inquired the village. According to GG, there should be some possibilities for return. After our tour we were better instructed. Either closed or there are only warm sausages. The car should not be moved any more, so the choice met this pizzeria. The inn is located in the middle of Kallmünz, right next to the bridge over the brook, opposite the Sparkasse. We couldn't find our own parking spaces, the public are very rude and coveted. At the entrance there are some steps, then one stands in a large front area, where the toilets are also flattering and at the rear left it goes through steps into the guest room. Inviting is something else. Service When entering no one was to see, we were just looking for a table for some waiting time. A gentleman in everyday clothes came from outside, put two cards to the table and meant – drink I asked for a look into the map, which he did not understand and I meant – look and pointed to the map .He moved from then and now came a lady, also in everyday clothes to the table and meant food – please. The food was served at the same time and we got from her – at guad ́n – and she made hastily return. I was wondering if they also have chili and garlic oil, in the hope they still hear me. Going down without looking at us, she meant yes. She came back with a chili mill and asked, did they say anything else? After the mill's sight, I decided – no, it's already fitting. She sat down to them and began to rattle. In the meantime, she gave out some food for pickers, she had no interest in us anymore. The Lord somehow stood behind the counter and gave drinks. When the plates were empty, she picked them up and wondered if it tasted. Our empty glasses remained unnoticed. We decided to pay and order the bill. She called us the amount, took it off, and that was it. When we agreed, only one of the regulars came. Now we also know why so many here pick up food, so you don't have to worry about the service. 0.5 star food The menu consists of a white brewery card with clear coats. We did not find appetizers, under antipasti there were various salads, some vegetables and a soup. There's pizza, pasta, some fish and meat. We did not find the typical Italian dishes here. A printed page was also found in it, but it was smashed, on it were parishes like duck and pork roast. Also listed here are a few things under extra supplements or changes such as fresh mushrooms 1,50 .€ Read us riddles, but later arrived We had a dark wheat for 2,70 €, a Chianti for 4. €, Insalata Mista, small mixed salad for 4,20 €, Pizza Capricciosa, tomatoes, cheese, salami, front ham, mushrooms, olives were discontinued, artichokes, peperoni for 8 € and Spagetti Marinara, tomatoes white wine sauce and seafood extra parmesan 1,50 € for 8 € The Insalata Mista consisted of mixed leaf salads The dressing consisted of vinegar and oil. Here we would have wanted something to thirsty and not just the ordinary scatterers. The Spagetti Marinara were the best in the evening. The noodles cooked to the point. The sauce tastes nicely after wine and tomatoes and tastes perfectly. Fresh parsley was mixed. The seafood, probably from the ice sea, were not tough, nicely cooked and abundant. Would we order again at any time. In the map extra Parmesan stood € 1.50, but there was no parmesan at all. We thought this was extra for extra parmesan. It seems that if you want anything, you'll pay the most. The pizza isn't. She was crunchy, but had a too thick edge for us and the sugo was very taste-neutral, it tasted just a little tomato. The ham of not bad quality, not to find the salami first. Looking for something we found hidden under cheese a tasteless Cervelat Salami. Artichokes and peperoni with little taste, probably from the can, just like the mushrooms. Now we also understand the hint – fresh Champignons 1,50 € surcharge. Let's find a nausea where the pizza already costs. The cheese was nicely crushed and was the most tasty on the pizza. The noodles travel out, 3 stars. Ambience When entering the guest room is the left hand of the table, a tile stove, the gift, the counter with rests for the breakfast buffet and next to the table of the table of the Grusch table of the Wirtin. Opticly we didn't like it so much, but the rear more beautiful, quieter area was locked and only opened when there is no space left in front. That's what we don't understand. So take a seat, and look at the scarf and hear what's going on here for breakfast. On the walls hang pictures that are offered for sale for the most part. There is a corner bench with green seat cushions, tables and chairs suitable from lighter wood. The cutlery with the yellow napkins is placed on a wooden board. On the table there is a green white plaid cloth, artificial flowers, a red glass where the tea light is missing, salt pepper shaker and a display with hint for a beer. Next to us, the regulars took place and had fun loudly with the thought of Wirtin. It's nice if you have regular guests like this, but why don't you let strange guests in the quieter area without having all the Grims Grams in mind. In the front area we didn't feel quite comfortable, 2 stars. Cleanliness The chili mill and the scatterers did not like us so much that we would use them for the aftertaste. Otherwise everything was so clean. Brösel from breakfast we were able to find some. The toilets were rough and clean. 3.5 stars"
