"Order for Valentine's Day. I knew they were busy, I expected that, and my wife is not ready for crowds. Ordered at 2 o'clock for a pick-up of 4 o'clock. Arriving in the restaurant at 3:45, they said that my order was not ready, confirming what I had ordered to give me the bill. I told them no problem, I was a little early, paid with 15% lace added. After waiting patiently for an hour at 5:15, after the order, after the order, after the order, go out the door for board pickup, I asked about my order (that I had ordered more than 3 hours ago) One of the hostess went to the kitchen, returned immediately with her in hand. There were some confusion as they asked me to pay for it again, showed my entrance to prove that it had been paid, and drove home. The order was obviously done for a while and it was set there until I asked, everything was completely cold. A few seconds in the microwave to warm things up, we finally ate. Seafarers feast and a 12oz New York steak. They forgot to include salads, and the baked potato was about the size of a lemon, but what we got was well thought out. Not the greatest experience. I can be overlooked, but the service and accuracy of the order was disappointingly paid for the prices/tips."
