"First the positive: Beautiful bright, friendly and modern ambience, clear contemporary map, child-friendly staff and good service. I visited the restaurant twice, and I must confess I was disappointed in both cases. The kitchen really sends the food out very quickly, and the foods used are of good quality, but during processing there are technical mistakes. During my first visit, the carving was unsalted and therefore faded, but the pommes were so salty that they could hardly be eaten. I really had bad luck with the second visit. The salad was crushed by too much dressing, the onion roast had not seen any salt or pepper at all, the onions were bitter, because they were probably too long pre-cut on the air or in a metal container, so the trollinger's soak was bitter. The pommes were not yet salted inside and as well as not salted. I didn't even get half the plate down. The Dorade and the Burger were good. My conclusion: I think that the kitchen is too focused on speed and forgets the taste. Too bad. But since the restaurant is still quite new, I'll try it again in a few months, hopefully they've gone into agroove."
