"I enjoyed my food, and the location was convenient. However, the entrance is not accessible for those with disabilities. I was quite disappointed with the customer service, or rather, the lack thereof. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, which isn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice, especially since there was no one behind me in line. The woman at the register was very rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order twice because she wasn’t paying attention. When I asked for a straw, she gave me an unpleasant look. Although I've been to this restaurant many times, this was the first time I had a negative experience. So, dear Brianna, I suggest they improve their customer service skills before interacting more with customers."
