"The last time we dined here we had a wonderful experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all conducive to a pleasant evening.Perhaps Covid can be blamed for the less than great experience this past Saturday the It was our wedding anniversary and we decided to return for what we hoped would be another enjoyable evening.We were met at the door and told that our table would be ready shortly and we could wait outside. We entered promptly and the hostess wished us a Happy Anniversary and we were shown to our table. The server was prompt in his attention to our drink order and took our appetizer order when he retuned with our drinks. Our appetizers and then our salads arrived shortly after and all was going well. Upon completion of our salads we waited quite a while for our entrees. When they arrived the waiter apologized that they had taken so long indicating there was an issue in the kitchen.Unfortunately we quickly realized that the issue was that our entrees had been waiting for pick up for some time because they were cool to lukewarm at best and the mushrooms were cold.There was a young man in an oversized sweater who continuously strode through the dining room asking how things were. He asked during the drinks, appetizer and salad course and then while we waited for our entree he quickly past our table with no notice. Once our entrees arrived he made a point of avoiding our table for the rest of the evening. No, we did not complain. We decided to enjoy our evening and ate very little of our food. Once home we washed the cold and heavy sauce off my steak and our puppies have been enjoying steak on their dinners since.Regretfully we will not be returning to The Chop House anytime soon. Perhaps we will wait a few months and see if things have improved based on customer reviews after this one. There are many steakhouses that are closer to home but The Chop House had been special for us in the past"

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night with a delicious meal at J. C. holdway’s. It was our dirst visit. This beautiful restaurant have a very inique menu and lovely atmosphere. We ate on the patio. Everything we are was simply scrumptious. My favorite was the desert. Who would ever imagine that frozen moose covered with preserved peaches and Carmel corn would go together. It is a “must havr” for my next visit."

"If you are looking for a bakery that is totally dedicated gluten free here it is in Knoxville, TN. I live in Chattanooga, TN and stumbled upon this place by pure accident but a good one. I can get gluten free back home but it's only certain days and the bakery has to shut down for deep cleanings which is still a risk. Here you don't have to worry about having any allergic reactions and everything is gluten free not just select items like most places. If you live in the area or passing through I highly recommend stopping by just off of 140 hwy. You know I stocked up on biscuits, bread, sweet rolls, and pastries before heading home. "

"From the moment we went, we received excellent service. The employees and servers were very attentive to our needs and the manager ensured that we had a good experience. When one of our parties sent a steak back to be cooked a little more, he apologized and when it was brought back, he contained a newly baked potato to go with it so that it could be enjoyed warm with the steak. Very friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent. Steak, seafood, salads, pasta... all were delicious! Very recommended!"

"Restaurant was amazing. My wife and I went for our 5 year anniversary and I had some special requests for our table before we got there. Richard (the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get these done and even went above and beyond by having a custom menu printed up for us that congratulated us on our 5 year anniversary. All of the staff was amazing. The food was even better. Highly recommend the ale steak and peanut butter pie."

"will soon be a hit! we had a wonderful time to eat with harvest. I ordered the fish of the day pumpkin hard fish (name for color, not taste.) the fish itself was absolutely delicious! I didn't like the sides that came with him (like kohl and something else. that was really not important because we ordered sparing, glasses, mushrooms and parmesan truffleries. there was only like 8 pieces of asparagus on the order. but all were fantastic. the other three people ordered all a steak (ribeye medium, prime rib rare, and zartoin.) all looked amazing with great comments from the others. I ordered some spicy drink (can not remember the names) and it lit me. a warning. the mixed berry mezcal margarita helped to cool it a bit. none of us got dessert, but they offered a pumpkin cheesecake and a chocolate cake of any kind. there was live music in the room next to us, but it never disturbed our conversation. I'll be back soon."

"I’ve driven by this place a handful of times but I’ve always been hesitant since it’s connected to a gas station. I ordered online the other day, not realizing which restaurant it was, and I am SO GLAD I did! I had the authentic Mexican tacos a quesadilla, and it was the best Mexican food I have had in my 7 years in Knoxville. There’s also a drive-thru for convenient pick-up. We will definitely be back! Country Burrito is our new go-to spot!"

"The steak I was served was incredibly bland, over boiled and had a minimal crust on it. When I sent him back, they still tried to charge me for the steak, and the manager was incredibly rude when I asked to take it off. I thought it was quite common to take an article in this scenario. When I tried to talk to the owner about the situation, he called me a child to not understand “Margins” although he could not explain how they make me a second steak is better for them than me for the first steak. It was a terrible experience and I guarantee that they would have expected the same if they were in my shoes. They've hurt their feelings and kicked them out with a customer. Very unprofessional."

"This is a nice vintage looking place since the interior has rustic walls and dark lighting with many bottles on display. The food… phenomenal, and the service attentive and top tier. This would be a special occasion venue without having to dress up too much. Go for the steaks and splurge. We got the spinach artichokes dip and paired it with sides like spicy mac n cheese and steak fries. Bread is included as a plus. Will definitely visit for another celebration!"

"Was seated promptly and the server took our drink order. She returned in a reasonable amount of time and took our dinner order. She never returned to check on us until 45 minutes later when she brought our food. Granted it was a Saturday night, but the place was not overly crowded, so 45 minutes without anything is unacceptable. I ordered the ceviche. It was flavorful but finely chopped to the point of having been minced, and mostly tomatoes. The fish and shrimp were almost unidentifiable. I can not recommend ordering this item….it is not worth the price."

"For those peeps who live in or are visiting Knoxville, you have to go to Seasons Restaurant on Parkside Drive in Turkey Creek! They've changed over to their spring menu and all the new items are delicious! They have added Blue Cheese Tomato Bisque, Tropical Shrimp Martini (tempura fried shrimp in a martini class with fresh mango pineapple salsa), Fiesta Salad, Seafood Florentine Penne (fresh barramundi and shrimp) and several other awesome dishes! Their new BBQ Beef Brisket Quesadilla with caramelized onions, roasted red peppers with fresh guacamole, salsa and sour cream is to die for!!! Besides the wonderful food at Seasons, the staff rocks!!!"

"It's the dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever visited. I came at 1:45 well after lunch rush only 2 tables had people eating at them. Out of the remaining tables only 2 were clean. All trash cans were also full and one was overflowing. I stood in line (only person) for 3 minutes before someone came to the register to take my order. During that time 2 employees walked by and did not offer to assist or say hello. While eating I noticed 3 employees gathered at the counter to talk to a girl that came in and flirt with her. If you have time to flirt you have time to clean IMO. The cashier did seem friendly when he finally came and did enter my order correctly. However, the kitchen didn't make it right. I likely won't be back to this location unless I'm desperate."

"very nice restaurant in a centralized part of the city, by gay st. I liked the simple device of the place. three stars, because our big sandwiches with fresh vegetables and tofu was just not worth the price of $12 them with a side of chips (or obst or byalat) though for $1. I also ordered a vegan chocolate chip cookie that they buy from a local bakery. the cookie tasted like the one my mother used to make."
