"Restaurants in Konya offer great opportunities to practice language skills. The city attracts many tourists and pilgrims, but it seems that most do not speak English, as the hotel and restaurant staff do not appear to speak it. I found a charming restaurant located on the corner of busy Mevlana street and market street that serves local dishes. No one spoke English, which added to the fun of the experience. We ordered chicken shish kebap, Tirit (a local specialty), a side salad, and a unique drink called Shalgam, which is made from turnips. While the drink may take some getting used to, the food was fresh, delicious, and affordable. We ended our meal with a dessert from the display near the cash register."

"I have been going there regularly and have never tasted such delicious coffee. I understood how Turkish coffee should be drunk here, its taste lingered on my tongue. The atmosphere is truly like being with family, with a classy taste. I am very happy with my visit and recommend you to go as well. The variety of food options is also excellent. Thanks to the owners for providing such a beautiful environment."
"The dishes were delicious, the appetizers were great, and the prices were reasonable. The reason we chose this place was because of the prices and the friendly service. Thank you for the generous hospitality."
"The tables for families are separate. It's a nice and pleasant place. The grilled dishes and appetizers are excellent."
