"Please note: This review is based exclusively on pizza. I can't talk about the other items that are made and sold by this business because I didn't try them. Where do I start? Everyone can make pizza today. Grocery stores and food chains also sell finished dough in pizza form or not for the fraction of the price, which would normally charge a standard restaurant or pizzeria you. Most of the times, sad, the average pizzeria is just a little better. If you are lucky, they have fresh ingredients.... It's not one of those places. Il Mulino in Rombach is an open and highly built single-room restaurant with an adjacent toilet room, an open counter/oven and kitchen section, and most likely storage back. Your dough is far beyond standard and will certainly make grocery stores in quality. The crust, color, total texture and taste are superior. The toppings are fresh, also the mozzarella is NOT chew-cheap, as you usually try to make it cheaper in fast food and/or pizzerias. And to finish everything: I paid for the average size pizza (about 35cm diameter), but got a pizza with the quality of one of the better 25-50 francs per pizza stores in Switzerland. As they manage to get low prices in addition to high-quality ingredients, or how they have the staff with the eye to arrange pizza toppings visually appealing and get low prices is beyond me. Personally, I'd go through Il Mulino to everyone. Get a single pizza. Come back for more, as I will certainly every time I am in the area."
