"The location is great, the music is enjoyable, and the setup is appealing, but unfortunately, the customer service is abysmal. The management is poorly organized, and it shows. There was supposedly a $5 entry fee, yet the bouncer allowed my group of ten women to enter without charge. Once inside the lounge, the manager threatened to kick us out for not paying. Shouldn’t that concern the bouncer instead? What followed was a public argument outside the lounge between me, my friend, and the manager, which was nothing short of unprofessional. How is it that customers are held accountable for an employee's mistake? The manager continued to yell at us for not paying at the door, but isn’t that the bouncer's responsibility? What is their role if not to enforce entry fees? Instead of addressing the bouncer’s oversight, we were made to feel as if we were in the wrong. This experience was disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning."
