"Don’t look for love look for Tickle Tree Café. Tickle, tickle, tickle! Ok, let’s start this review. Tickle Tree Café is a small corner all day café that serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches. They’re located at Foothill blvd and Dyer st in La Cresenta-Montrose. Indoor atmosphere was cool and emits a positive chi. It’s less spacious compared to their outdoor patios. I perused their food/drink/coffee menu and it barely tickled my innocent mind. To put it mildly their food/drink selections were limited. I came here on a blazing hot Thursday afternoon and ordered a Tuna Melt with salad and mint Lemonade for lunch. Their Lemonade (20z) was cold and refreshing. Similarly, the Tuna Melt was warm, thick and tasty. It was so good my medulla oblongata was tickled like how a woman tickles her bf. Anyway, I’m neither here or there let’s get back on this review. Salad was fresh. Service was fast and on point. The server guy has an alto voice when he calls your name out LOUD so loud you may hear it across the street. Prices were slightly expensive especially the food but the quality is superb. Free Wifi and parking available albeit very small lot. In this voluminous review, it’s time time to make a conclusion about this café. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and food/drink. Therefore, I highly recommend this lil cute corner café."

"This is an overdue review, not sure what took some so long to do it, maybe the great food made me forget lol Byblos is one of the authentic Mediterranean food. They have the best bakery ever. And for anyone who wants to try it, you can’t go wrong with anything, start the menu from the top, and every time go and try something new. The staff and the owners are a nice some as well, they’re friendly nice, and helpful. Try them for catering, you will have your gust asking you where did you get your food from, and keep asking for more of the delicious food."

"Good service. The Mongolian beef is tasty. It's pricey but the service plate is family style and huge. Also got the Peking chicken which is tasty, sweet, and like the different deep fried and stir fried option kinda like orange chicken at Panda Express. The multiple servers were ALL friendly. They packed our leftovers for us, even though they didn't have to. We stayed really long to eat and talk after, and the staff didn't rush us out. There wasn't anyone waiting to get in. The reviewer who said this place is weird bc theres a lot of Korean patrons in a Chinese place is ignorant. The place is Chinese style food for Koreans. Often, the owners of places like this are even Chinese people who lived in Korea and speak 3-4 languages."

"Felt like a Pastrami today they used to be a good lean pastrami not always the best taste like premium pastrami in LA but close by but last few times they have had so much fat. I'm talking when your kinda hungry and take too big of bite so you swallow part of it before the rest but then you feel something in your throat. And before you gag you pull some pastrami out of your mouth and the stringy fat pulls up the pastrami halfway down to your stomach! And then there's the mustard ! I would not assemble a sandwich like that. Ether not enough or way too much. Assemble the sandwhich the way you would if your making yourself one for a meal I pulled out the fat and made half a sandwich but didn't have the flavor. If i need to cut costs I would make a smaller sandwich with the same good quality pastrami not get a cheaper cut with tons of fat and no taste"

"This place is perfect for those people who love pastries and coffee. As much needed quality coffee roaster and shop in this area. met up with a friend here when I was in town for the holidays. I had a cappuccino and she had one of their carbonated drinks. Both quality wise was great. Price is comparable to other micro roasters. Customer service was great there weren't that many people and the coffee shop but I can see if there are too many may get a little loud. The seating arrangement was OK, wasn't the most comfortable. I didn't buy any of their beans but next time I'm in town I'm definitely going to get some and perhaps some merchandise.Again super excited to have quality coffee in la crescenta. This coffee shop is recommended!"

"This place is my local top spot for hot pot. My favorite dish is the clam tofu soup, which arrives boiling hot along with all the little kbbq side dishes egg. Seafood muscle tofu soup are also winners. My husband always gets the galbi beef my kiddo gets the kids' chicken rice. Kids meal comes with glass noodles, yum. Staff is nice, literally everything is delicious."

"Jersey Mike's is one of the best sandwiches you'll find from a sandwich chain. Unfortunately this particular one in La Crescenta is poorly managed. They've screwed up on so many of my food delivery orders, that I've decided to go on Yelp and rate them. They just forgot my avocados for the third time on my club sandwich. They've forgot my chips cookies before, and mistakes on other sandwiches. I've been in there a few times to order, and the employees seem happy, but a little too talkative with each other. I had to interrupt them with a question before, because they were having an important conversation about one of their friends car. My guess is management doesn't care what we think, because notice they never respond to these negative reviews, like several restaurants that care do. I give them 3 stars though, because their sandwiches are so good. If you can order from another Jersey Mike's, I would recommend it. The one in Eagle Rock is more professional and really good. They care about their service and have a good manager."
